I have uploaded the Bleach dub first episode to DivX's Stage6. Most people probably have seen the dub now but I figure a youtube alternative would be nice, especially since I'm going to be recording these anyway for my own personal backup. You'll need Divx 6 and it's webplayer which should install when visiting the website. You also will be able to download the episode, it is about 170 MB; just like any other Bleach episode you download.
You can view the first episode on stage6 at this site:

::All other episodes will be available on bit torrent::
Episode 1 - A Shinigami if Born! (http://isohunt.com/release/60732/)
Episode 2 - Pay or Play (http://isohunt.com/release/61559/)
Episode 3 - The Older Brother's Wish, The Younger Sister's Wish (http://isohunt.com/release/62455/)

Thank you for uploading this. I didn't get to see it yesterday because I went to sleep by mistake. <_<

Wow that's really nice of you :D
Now to get people to upload the other episodes cuz it's on late...
=)

When people upload videos, I think they should use DivX Stage6 instead of youtube because it's just so much clearer!

I might continue to do this every week but I probably won't be using Stage6. I just have a feeling that progressively uploading an entire TV series wouldn't work for too long. So like fan subs I've switch to torrents. You can get the first episode from a torrent here:

http://www.demonoid.com/files/details/457769/13466376/

It is a different file due to not using the resize filter that I thought was appropriate, but the quality is not much improved over the original.

Oh, nice job. Saw it already on tv but I'll use this instead. Saturday nights aren't exactly the time I'm excited to spend in front of the tube. Even for Bleach

Hello! :)
I could not download the torrents because I was not registered to the site. And what other groups are working on the Dub Bleach. Are they torrents or just YouTube. Anyway I am looking forward to getting the DVDs with both English and Japanese.

Demonoid is a private tracker but it should allow people who aren't registered to download new torrents. But I see that it is not doing that so maybe they have changed the rules. Let me know if this direct link works:

http://www.torrentbox.com/download/65240/Bleach%20001%20Eng%20TV%20Rip.torrent

Per DragonBlade's comment, I checked out the two release group's releases. I thought for sure that I would be amazed by the quality of their release since they know what they are doing.

Well... C-W's releases audio is a little weird and they have the video enlarged beyond the original resolution of the content being broadcasted. There really isn't any point in doing this and will just degrade the quality of the rip.

C_P doesn't have the resolution enlarge and the audio sounds good. Actually their rip looks pretty identical to mine besides the colors look a little less vibrant in a few scenes. It could be the difference between DivX 6 and Xvid. I still like mine though ^_^ Maybe I should create my own release group...

I will probably still continue ripping the dubs unless some other group releases it from some miracle source that blows away my rip. But in America, this most likely isn’t possible.

Yeah, Demoinoid's private, so anybody without an account won't have access to the torrent.

Either way I like your rip trunkster and yours has also been the easiest to find, so top job. Hope you keep it up. :)

Awwww I'm not a fan of bittorent because it takes me a bajillion hours to download it even though I have a fast connection, don't know why, but Stage6 ftw!

If you getting slow speeds with bit torrent then you probably don't have the right ports forwarded on your router. Usually that's the case or your ISP is purposely slowing down bit torrent traffic. Which in that case you can change the default port and encrypt your traffic.

Check out this website for more info: http://torrentfreak.com/optimize-your-bittorrent-download-speed/
Skip down to step 2 if you feel uneasy installing the tcp patch. The most important thing is the number of connections and forwarding ports.

If you need any help you can PM me, I've done this plenty of times for people.

Wow thats so negative...
Why should he be the one to stop?
Since all 3 of them have just started (EP1) Id think most people would at least *look* at his rip to see which was better quality and then not support the others

Hello! :)
trunkster: Are you going to put up an AVI of the second episode? You did a wonderful job with the first one.
Where can I find a link to the other sites that are doing the downloads of the dub? I would prefer not to go to YouTube because I can not download it.

Actually I got it up yesterday on bit torrent. I won't be uploading it to Stage 6 due to them most likely not likely all the traffic. You can get the torrent here:

I didn't want to create a new topic so I'll just add the link here for now.

trunkster, can you please remove that link? Sure it give torrent speed advice, but the program that it suggests you download is a virus and causes boot failure... :sad

Your antivirus program is just reporting it's a virus because it is changing some Windows settings. Really though the most important information is setting your firewall to accept connections.

Information about the patch:
"The patcher ist NO VIRUS.
Some virus and trojanwriter uses the same technique to increase the limit. After that its easier for them to spread to other computers in the internet. This runs without knowledge of the user. So he is not informed about what's going on.
With the patcher here, every user can decide on his own if he wants to change the file and if yes how high the limit should be. Also the user will be warned if he chooses to high limits, as already infected machines will spread existent viruses and trojans easier to the net. So everybody can choose on its own and is not forced to. The patcher itself does not contain malware."
