So, I've been watching the anime and i thought two things were a little off.
First off, when ganju finds out that rukia killed her brother, he looks like he wants to kill her. After everything is said and done, he never, ever talks to her about it and kinda gets over it... seems that way to me. shouldnt they adress this issue a little more?
Then, When rukia finds out that Urahara was using her to protect that thing in her soul and trying to turn her human, she never asks him about it or even seems angry. If someone did that to me, I think I'd have the right to be a little cross.... maybe.
thoughts?

That's because he realizes it's not really Rukia's fault. After all, he always thought she murdered Kaien, while the truth was that Kaien made sure he died on Rukia's blade. That's why he got over it.

By the time she gets to Earth to do business, she has other stuff to take care of. And the Bounto arc has nothing to do with the real plotline so of course she wouldn't talk to him.

Those are some pretty good observations... Being a fiction writer, I suppose sometimes stuff like this happens. When greater plot devices come up, the smaller things tend to get pushed out of the way so things aren't so crowded.
I think for both, some answers can be found in episode 63, the last one of the Soul Society arc, at least...
When Rukia goes to the Shiba house to apologize, at least Kuukaku said that she wasn't that mad anymore since it was so long ago, and that she had only been waiting for Rukia's apology. I'm not sure about Ganju though...
And when they return to real world and Urahara catches them, Ichigo says, "I'm not really mad. And you didn't do anything really bad. Despite what your intentions were, you saved us and made us stronger. . . . Also, please properly apologize to Rukia. She will probably say the same thing as us, though." I suppose Ichigo has a lot of truth in what he says there.
