Could someone please tell me which chapter the manga continues on from about episode 42 of the anime? or around about where sasuke and naruto have the waterfall battle (the end that is)

if anyone could tell me this it would be greatly appriciated

that's about ep 135-140...
the manga is about 238 - after that fight.

Chapter 218 is when they start.. Or when they're about to start fighting anyway.

so the chapter is prob around 235-240 when they conclude...

Ah crap. I forgot the end bit. I found the end but thought icestorm wanted the start. The last page of 239 is when Kakashi comes and finds the now unconscious Naruto... So i recommend 240 *hope that's right. Remembering everything with my very bad memory*
