Boy are you people deep in some closet. Dave Chappelle is this really famous comedian due to his Comedy Central show "The Chappelle Show." This is actually from one of his stand ups (In San Fran I think?). This is probably the most famous clip from that live showing.

Dave was also rated the #3 comic in the US last year, so he's a pretty famous guy. Do some searches for the chappelle show, you'll probably get some pretty funny stuff. Definetly watch the "Charlie Murphy's True Hollywood Stories about Rick James.
