Hitsugaya and Hinamori are more like brother and sister the same goes for Gin and Matsumoto. How about Ishida and Nemu?? She did help him out afterall and she helped him twice if you count the anime.

i think rukia and ichigo go really well with each other since the start of the anime, they argue and save each other jus wat couples should do. I dont think it will happen though or it ALREADY HAS!!!
