Appeal for Nihsnek!

I am making an official thread for the appeal of Nihsnek, a dear friend of mine, in real life.

I've read some of the posts, dating pretty far back. He mainly uses facts. He doesn't lash out, he only defends himself. He doesn't attack the idea-haver, he attacks the idea only. His second warning, received by Itsovernow, was absurd!!! He DIDN'T FLAME ANYONE, he was making a statement! Where's Shinomori's warnings? Have you read what he's wrote? Do I need to link you to them?

I did say I cleared the plate of warnings, as for your friend, I'm going to look at this since I havent look at it at all. Maximoose did the ban.

Shinomori has been warned as well (by myself via PM), but the sectional mods didn't feel a ban was appropriate yet in his case. Nihsneck has only been temp banned for 3 days, as the warning system dictated at the time when he was banned.

EDIT: okay, since my integrity as an admin is being called into question here, as well as itsovernow's integrity as a mod, as well as the trust between mods and admins, I am going to take this pretty seriously.

Here are just some of the offences Nihsnek has commited. You may not be able to view all of them as itsovernow has rightly deleted some, but mods and admins will be able to view them.

There is another offence on CB, which is noted in the rules. It is childishly attacking a staffmember. If you have a problem with a moderator, PM them or PM a Smod or admin. Do not publicly attack them - this is set down in the rules by Darren337. Offence:

I think that appeals should be based on that individuals responses, not going into why another person should be banned. I looked though the past posts, and to me he appears inflamatory towards those he is posting with, so I agree with the sectional mod's opinion. He has three days to cool down a bit, and he can come back. If his behavior gets better, than its all gravy.

He defends himself only, and he doesn't make direct insults, as some people suggest.

Ban lifted, Me Civ and hopefully Pylar agrees that Shinomori should of been banned also. I'm going clean slate here from now on. And also, Debate section needs moderation badly.

Also, I'm going to be very harsh on consequences if anything bad happens within debates.
