Download Problem

I have a download Problem on bleachportal.com
When I want to download epsiode 11 or 12 of the bleach anime this warning comes:

Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.

What means that?

All media will be down untill next month unless enough Raffle Tickets are sold to pay for a new media server, we no idea how but we somehow used 200GB bandwith in 2 days, guess we are getting too big to have 200GB for a whole month... but we don't have enough money to pay for any new servers, now is when we ask from you, the fans of bleach and bleach portal to help us, we are not asking for teh world, we are asking you to buy a $1 raffle ticket, you even get a chance to win an Awsome Kon Plushie!!! If only 40 of the 10,000+ members are Bleach Portal buy a ticket we can get the downloads back up for the rest of the month!

Unlike some sites who offer huge prizes... we do not have sposers to give us prizes... and money to buy prizes would just require to collect more money... we are not asking money for all our other servers... we are just asking that if you guys wish to have the direct downloads you all love is to donate $1, its $1, you can't buy anything for $1 thats worth much. But for $1... you can continue to get anime at fast speeds, unlike bittorent, which goes sloooooooooooooooooooooooooow :P

We don't like asking for donations but the server costs are geting too high for us at this site, we can no longer maintain the whole price on our own, we don't and hopfully never will EVER ask for the whole ammount like some sites do so they can pay nothing and keep the change, we are just asking for help in paying the rest, you guys are using the service and I'm sure $1 is far from alot for this service, we do not get Direct Downloads... we have to download from bittorent to upload for you guys, the service doesn't help us except it gives us the feeling we are helping the community and helping the spread of the Bleach Poularity, this was not meant to sound like we are begging for money, more like a small plee to our fans that we have been with since Bleach Anime first started, Bleach Portal will remain no matter what, but downloads cannot stay forever without contribution!
