Shipwrights at Galley-la are fixing the parts of town that have been damaged by Aqua Laguna.
Pauley encourages people. Oimo and Kaashii also help with repairing.
Zambai and others fix Franky House.

Scene skips to Iceburg's house.
Ice: The blueprints have been burnt... That's better... You incurred the government's ill will, didn't you?
Franky: Oh well... And, what have you been drawing now?
Ice: I'll float this island on the sea.
Franky: You're turning Water 7... into a ship...!? Is that even possible?
Ice: Didn't we always see a great man's back who changed the impossible into a possibility? If you're a man, do things with a DON.
Franky: ... Hee hee!! You're just like Tom-san...

Denden rings.

Scene skips to temporary pirates' special room at Headquarters.

Luffy eats food while sleeping.

Nami: ... Even though the Log Pose will be ready... we can't really go anywhere. The 100 million beri to buy a new ship... our clothes and furniture... and even Bellemere-san's orange tree... All were taken away by the Aqua Laguna... so We're just stuck here.
Sanji: We stored it in the backstreet's inn.
Kokoro: Then the guests we have... might be them.
Sanji: Guests?

Nami: Orange trees~~~!!! I thought I'll never get them back!! I'm happy~~~!!
Townspeople: We took away all your belongings when we kicked you out thinking you're the assassins of Iceburg-san. Sorry about that.

Franky: Part of the tree gets on the black market once in a while. I've always wanted it, but I couldn't because it costs nearly 200 million beri. --- And then appeared a pirate crew with lots of money... You.
Sanji: BASTARD!!! Don't tell me you bought that crap with our money!!?
Franky: Listen already!! Once... I decided not to make a ship any more --- but when I realized, I was drawing the blueprints because I wanted to catch up to the person I look up to...
Franky: My dream is to make a "dream ship" that can cross any sea with the "treasure tree"!!! Now I got the treasure tree!! I have the blueprints as well. I'll make the ship now!! So when I finish making it, can you guys ride the ship I made!!!?

Well I don't think so sinds "D" stands for their last-names.....you know, actually Monkey D. Luffy should be Luffy Monkey D, but in japan you get the lastname first then the first name last...that's why It's Monkey D. Luffy, Portgas D. Ace, Gol D. Roger, Marshall D. Teach and so on...Garp could be either his first or last name...........for instance it could be somethin like Garp D.___ or ___D. Garp........but in the One Piece universe "D" just stands as the middle initial "D".It's a mysterious middle initial that certain characters have in One Piece wich sometimes is called "The Will of D" or "D's Will" I was thinkin that it may have somethin to do with what I would call "Rightful Will Of Justice" since Luffy always knows what he has to do or who he has to beat (or send flying as he always says) to acomplish the task. the true One Piece fans(like sasukesan....hehe just jokin') that have been watchin or reading One Piece knows what I'm talking about......for instance in the Anime if you saw Episode 126 you'll know what I mean.....It was at that moment when he send Crocodile flying and Vivi saw the Flashback of Luffy saying.......
"Really?! So all I have to do to Crocodile....is kick his ass, Right??" I almost cried I was like; man! he knew al along he just knew what he really had to do that was his true purpose in Alabasta! and then at Enies Lobbys' Chopper said "Sometimes I feel like Luffy Understands from the beginning.....The Opponent whom he has to fight....he seems to know It beforehand" so....what I think is that D's are the ones who will set the world straight and bring peace and justice to it.........

Garp: "You are my grandson!! So that's why I've decided not to capture you!! --or so I will tell the marines so don't worry and stay here."
Person with Hat: "That's not a good excuse so let's just say that he ran away."


ガープ「何よりワシは2人の付そいなんでな　こいつらとはまァ・・ゆっくり話せ　わし帰る」
ルフィ「うん　じゃあな」
ガープ「軽すぎるわァー！！（ルフィを殴るガープ）惜しめ！！！バカ者！！！」

Garp: "And besides, I only came along because of these two. Talk all you want, I'm going back."

Robin: "She went to the pool. With Kokoro-san."

ルフィ「ほんじゃお前らも　あの山を越えて偉大なる航路へ来たのか！？」
コビー「あ・・いえ　リヴァースマウンテンは越えてません」
ルフィ「なんで？」
コビー「本部の軍艦はカームベルトを抜ける事ができるので・・・勿論100％ではないですが」

Luffy: "Then you guys came to Grand Line by coming through that mountain too!?"
Coby: "Er... actually, no, we haven't gone through Reverse Mountain."
Luffy: "How?"
Coby: "It's possible for Marine Headquarter ships to pass through the Calm Belt... not that it works 100% of the time, of course."
Luffy: "Eeeeh!? That's like cheating!! But wait, why!? There's a bunch of Sea Kings many times the size of military ships living there!!"
Coby: "At the bottom of those military ships there lies a layer of stones called the Kairouseki."
Luffy: "What about that?"
Coby: "Kairouseki emits the same energy of ocean, so for the fish living underneith the sea that boat is..."


ナミ「海のエネルギー・・・そうか！だからその船が海上を通り抜けていても海王類は船の存在に 気づかないん だ！！
　　　軍の科学者もさすがね・・・！！」
チムニー「ねーちゃん　ねーちゃん　泳がないのー！？　海賊ねーちゃ」
ナミ「ちょっと黙ってチムニー！！中々ないチャンスなんだから！！
　　　今！！盗～～～聴～～～中～～～！！！」

Nami: "Energy of ocean... I get it! So even if the ship passes above the ocean, the Sea Kings are unaware of the ship's existance!! Those military scientists are pretty impressive...!!"
Chimmny: "Sis, sis, aren't you going to swim!? Pirate sis!"
Nami: "Be quiet for a moment Chimmny!! Chances like these don't happen every often!! Right now I am!! Eaves!! Drop!! Ping!!"

ココロ「そんな大声で言うことかい（汗）」

Kokoro: "Did you really have to shout it out loud? (sweatdrop)"


再びコビーとルフィの会話
コビー「そういう画期的な技術の裏には　必ず軍の科学者Dr.べガバンクがいて　彼はすごいん ですよ」
ヘル「そうだ　あいつは本当にスゲェ　麦わらお前の食った悪魔の実　その能力の伝達条件の解明 や
　　　物に悪魔の実を食わせるっつー新技術も近年の奴の大仕事だ！」
ナミ（Dr.ベガバンク・・・メモメモ）

Scene switches back to Coby and Luffy's conversation
Coby: "For every ingenious method the Military Scientist Dr. Begabank is always behind it. He's really great!"
Hellmeppo: "Yep, he really is great. Strawhat, that Devil Fruit you ate, he has revealed how the powers mutate and he's also the one who has figured out the recently developed technqiue for making objects eat Devil Fruit as well!!"
Nami: (Dr. Begabank... memo, memo.)


コビー「僕はルフィさんに会うまでどれだけ狭い世界で生きていたのかを　この海で思い知りまし た ルフィさんがあの日・・タルの中から飛び出てこなかったら 僕は今でもアルビダの船でへつらって雑用をしてたに違いない」

Coby: "I've realized, Luffy-san, that until I've met you I've been living in a small world. The sea taught me that. If Luffy-san didn't come out of the barrel that day, I probably would've been stuck doing chores on Albida's ship.


その後も会話続く（会話文無し　笑ったり怒ったり）

ルフィ「え～～～～～！？本当にもう帰んのか！？メシ食ってけよ！！メシ！！」
コビー「僕らは敵同士・・・馴れ合うわけにはいきませんから
　　　　ルフィさん！！この偉大なる航路の後半の海の呼び名を知ってますか」
ルフィ「・・・・？」
コビー「赤い土の大陸の向こう側に広がる　その最後の海を　人は・・・もう一つの名前でこう呼 ぶんです”新 世界”」

Time passes by
Luffy: "Eeeeeh~~~~!? You're really leaving already!? Let's eat some food!! Food!!"
Coby: "We are meant to be enemies... I can't be friendly with you. Luffy-san!! Do you know what we call the second half of grand line?"
Luffy: "......?"
Coby: "The sea that spreads wide across the Continent of Redline, people call that sea... 'the new world'."


ルフィ「・・・・新世界・・・」
コビー「次の時代を切り開く者達の集う海！！その海を制した者こそが！！　”海賊王”です！！ ！」
Luffy: "....'The new world'."
Coby: "It is the sea that attracts people who will lead us into a new age!! And the man who has conqured that sea shall be, 'The Pirate King'!!"


コビー「ルフィさん！！僕らはきっとまたそこで会いましょう！！！今度は僕はあなたを捕まえる ！！！もっと もっと強くなって！！
　　　　僕はいつか！！！海軍の・・・た・・・！！！大将の座についてみせます！！！」

Coby: "Luffy-san!! We shall see each other again someday there!! And next time, I'll catch you!! By becoming stronger and stronger!! I will, someday!! Be the Marine's next... the Marine's next Admiral!"


ルフィ「おれと戦うんだろ？だったらそんくらいなれよ！！当然だ！！！」

Luffy: "You're going to fight me, right? Then become one! It's obvious!!!"


アイスバーグ、オイモ・カーシー・ガレーラの職人達、ザンパイ達　皆混ざって宴
その宴をほのぼの見るロビン

ロビン「―――彼らを見殺しになんてできなかった・・・」
青キジ「・・・・　―――20年前オハラの為に戦った巨人　ハグワール・D・サウロとおれは親友だった　あ の日・・・奴の意思をくみ・・・お前を島から逃がしたおれにはその後の人生を見届ける義務があ る ・・・！！！ ――だが20年たっても宿る木もなく追われては飛び回る危険な爆弾をこれ以上放置できないとふんだ　おれは 今回・・・オハラの全てに決着をつけるつもりでいた当然CP9が破れるという結果はまったく予測できなかっ た・・・　・・・やっと宿り木が見つかったのか・・ ・？」

Robin: "...I couldn't stand and just watch them die..."
Aokiji: "...The giant who fought for the sake Ohara 20 years ago... Hagwar D Sauro and I were friends. For his sake, I respected his will and let you escape from the island, and thus I have a responsibility to see your life through...!! ...However, even after 20 years you still haven't found yourself a place you belong, instead you were still being chased around, and I have decided that I wouldn't let the bomb that is you roam free any longer. The incident this time... I intended to finish it all once at for all. But of course, I never expected the CP9 be defeated as the result... Tell me, have you finally found yourself a place you belong...?"

青キジ「サウロがお前を生かした事は・・・正しかったのか間違いだったのか・・・
　　　　これからお前は・・・その答えをみせてくれるのか？」
ロビン「・・・そのつもり・・・」
青キジ「だったらしっかり生きてみせろ・・・オハラはまだ・・・滅んじゃいねェ」

Yeah....I know....This post is long, but that's because I got carried away and put my heart into it !!!

So after the "CP9" and "Enies Lobby" Incidents our heroes can finally relax, but still, we are curious about the their Bounty's! Well...as we all know they (The Straw Hats) usually after a big fight they rest, have the big party, and have a new nakama join them, then say goodbye, and after a while we see the bounty(s)(that bird that delivers things you know...) We don't know how the government rates/arranges Bounties, but I think they evaluate (without too much accuracy) the dangerousness of the pirates (it may be it physical or intellectual), and also how much they pissed off the government!!! But please remeber that they don't get a bounty because their mission was a success. They get a bounty for destroying and attacking.
I've put a list of known bounties so that everyone can see who/what and how much we're dealing with. (currently)

As we all know a lot happened at Enies Lobby. I can't mention everything they did so I've put the most important/obvious things that happened, wich will affect their Bounty greatly!!!

- They burned the World Government Flag ! (by doing that they have declared war against the World Government and the 170 nations that make up the World Government.)
- They escaped with "Nico Robin" a prisoner of THE "Enies Lobby" ! (and Cutty Flam aka "Franky" who had the blueprints for the Pluton even though he did burn it later on.)
- They Assaulted The "Enies Lobby" ! (wich is a serious crime sinds that's where you have to go to get to the "Tower of Justice" and "Gate of Justice" and those massive doors are the only thing that stands between the Marine Headquarters and the scary prison wich is "Impel Down"!)
- They Survived A "Buster Call" ! (makin Robin the first person known to survive it twice!)
- They beat CP9 ! (It was stated that this generation of CP9 is the strongest in its history.)
- Luffy defeated "Rob Lucci" ! (and please remeber that Rob Lucci was the one that the world goverment had send to take care of the incident were some Pirates had 500 hostages. he killed all the 500 hostages to get to Captain!)
- They defeated a whole marine base wich had over 10.000 stationed armed men, including specially trained troops, Government and Marine Forces, oh yeah and that idiot three headed Cerberus Judge!)
- They turned 2 Marine Giants into allies (before thousands of Marines)
- Not to mentioned the Destruction of Goverment Property (But since there was a Buster Call involved they've destroyed the rest themselves...some government...)

Now while they will want to pump up their Bountys there's just too much that happened on Enies Lobby that the World Goverment wouldn't want revealed! (Yes...Classified!) So I don't think the increase will be that dramatic as it leads to too many questions!
Also we might be underestimating the world governments intelligence gathering capabilities, they might have a detailed dossier compiled on the strawhats after the Alabasta incident and will be able to put two and two together. ^_^

This is how much I estimate what the're Bounty's will be
Luffy 200m (200.000.000 beri) (or 250m but not higher then Bartholemew Kuma)
Zoro 150m (150.000.000 beri) (or less) (I think It's about time for Zorro to pass 100m)
Robin 170m (170.000.000 beri) (or less, or more) (She knows how to read ponyglyph, and escaped a Buster Call twice!)
Sanji (To tell you the truth I don't know if he will ever get a Bounty)
Nami I think around 45m (but I doubt It)
Usopp (I don't think usopp may get one, but I do think that Sogeking will)
Chopper ..... (try to imagine, image, image, image....)
Franky 140m or more (that should be obvious since he saw the blueprints of the pluton)

Luffy's Bounty is NOT going over 300m. He will need to appear to be the underdog against the other 7 Shichibukai who had around 300 million beri and more bounties.
After this incident, the World Goverment may issue the Shichibukai to go after the Straw Hats (just maybe).
Dragon being revealed to be Luffy's father I think that "that" could greatly increase Luffy's bounty even more! but then again that´s IF they knew that Luffy is his son. Also the World Government has a tendency to immediatly eliminate Pirates who oppose even the slightest threat, because Dragon was their biggest mistake from a couple of years 6 ago. they must have learned to not make the same mistake twice!!!

I thought Garp was gonna reveal his bounty.....you know he would say something like, "Oh yeah...your new bounty is!"
you know somethin like that....but I'll just wait and see how the World Government response to the Mugiwara Kaizoku threat...

While I can see you put your heart and soul into that post I personally think it is a waste of time to calculate bounties. In short Oda is a maniac he may be like.....hmmm lets give luffy a 5000000000 bounty or he may be like.....oh i dont know lets say they cover it up and just increase it a bit...say 150000000. I mean truthfully It could go anywhere. And while I would also prefer higher bounties I think its a waste of good brain power to try and guess.

Back on topic. Katen is in love with the recent chapters of One Piece, theyve all had great twists and turns and I cannot wait for more.

Blackbeard is not an Emporer. It is stated clearly that he used to be part of a crew in the second division of the Whitebeard pirates. Then he slaughtered his nakama and went off to start his own crew. Ace has been following him in an attempt to kill him since then. And now he is attempting to become part of the shichi bukai in order to gain some degree of safety from Witebeard. However in order to join he has to have a great deal of notoriaty, which is why he plans to kill Luffy.

So I very much doubt hes a Emporer on the side lol. Plus none of the pictures look like him.

Actually all 4 of them are "KINGS", not "PIRATE KING" but KINGS! Garp said clearly ; "Those 4 Pirates that rule the back-half of the Grandline as Kings are called the Yonkou"! Yonkou means Four Kings, as Yon = 4, Ou = King, but "Ou" also stands for "Ruler" as one who rules. and it can also be used for "Ultimate"! If you can understand even a little bit japanese you'll notice that the word "Kaizoku-Ou" appears quite often in the One Piece, because we all know Kaizoku-Ou means Pirate King! (a word often used by Luffy himself!) I've put out the Ch-432-RAW out there so you guys can see exactly what I mean (evidence^_^) The Kanji that I've marked with a red circle stands as "Ou" in romaji. wich is again "OU = KING!" (it appears twice!)

So to avoid misunderstandings certain translators decided to translate the "Yonkou" as the "Four Emperors"! because or else people would think things like ; oh so there's 4 pirate kings or is it 5 because luffy wants to be one too? (those are just a few examples of how things can go wrong from a simple mistake.)
Also it would be nice for some of you guys to know that the attack "Rob Lucci" used on Luffy, the "Rokuougan" also consist of the word OU, actually he said "Rokushiki Ougi: Rokuougan" wich literally means, "Rokushiki Ultimate Attack: Six King Gun"! so Manga & Anime can be quite educating, you get to learn the Japanese Launguage. ^_^
So the Four Emperors consist of the 4 Pirates wich 2 of them we already know ;
1.) Whitebeard (who is currently meeting with Shanks)
2.) Shanks (who is currently meeting with Whitebeard)
3.) Unknown (he looks like Wanze but in a bad mood)
4.) Unknown
So the Shichibukai exist to stop them! Also :
Garp said : when the balance between the World Goverment, Shichibukai and The Four Emperors gets disrupted the world is thrown into chaos. that's how strong they are!
