Well.. with my limited knowelege of the characters (since I've to have read the entire manga... scanlation groups, what can I say, I'm a begger so I don't get to complain), my favourites, at this time, are:
1. Kyo. No matter where, no matter where, this guy is my idol. I'm a guy, and I still can't take my eyes off him, even for a peek at Izumo Nookuni's breasts. I simply adore his attitude.
2. Hotaru. genius childish fighter? Can there be anything better?
3. Akira/Sasuke. Now I just can't decide. I like Akira's ability to hide his reasons and emotions so well, and Sasuke is... well, Sasuke. The only thing that bothers me is that Uchiha Sasuke (from Naruto) shares his name. Saruto Sasuke is a god. Uchiha Sasuke is a dirty towel. Akira is a god. But his name can also be sued for a girl :/...
4. Bontemaru/Yukimura. Bonten-chan is the epitome of manliness, muscular and cocky, the perfect "macho". And yet he reads Shoujo mangas. Yukimura is your typical male-with-feminine-characteristics kind of character.
5. Tokito/Aka no Ou, Sendai/Muramasa. Can't decide. Muramasa is t3h pwnage, Tokito is t3h w3rdness (I would've swore it was a boy...) and Aka no Ou... evil incarnate?

Keep in mind this list can change at any given time.

My favourite technique qould probably be Seiryuu (though my fav technique changes daily) today. It's useful, and it is deadly...

In Israel there are hardly any mangas >_<, and those that are here (atm there is only YuYu Hakushu and Inuyasha that I know of...) are sold at very high proces.

Samurai Deeper Kyo is my favourite manga, it has the very best artwork and the very complex story. The characters is all cool. I'm always can't wait till next month for the next volume. Anyway, in my country SDK manga has reached volume 36 and i can't wait to see Kyo vs Aka no Ou, it seems like the manga near the ending. For the SDK anime it's very shame to not follow the manga storyline and if it do i'm sure SDK anime can be very awesome like BLEACH.

I began reading it months ago and was so into it that I continued reading in JAPANESE!! That is, loooking up every second word and wondering why i spent the past five years of my life sleeping instead of studying like I was supposed to be doing.

I didn't know it was so popular... i didn't know anyone else had even heard of it...


but I love it!! And I'm gonna get the anime, sometime, because I'm obsessed...

By the way... Anip server has the whole series for download. Some are raw files, but most of the end chapters, from about 290 onwards are translated (though often really badly, and even more badly edited :()

I read volumes 1-20 courtesy of my good friend Askand (thanks a lot dear :D). And then I read some bits and pieces of future chapters where I could get them :3.

Well I got mine on Borders bookstore. But check on the local bookstore if they have manga section or Amazon.com they have great prices. On my case I' just buying the manga and read it after I read it I just send the books to Undying cause I cant keep them. Right now I'm trying to get rid of the first 13 volumes of Naruto since I cant keep them also. If you know of someone who wants them let me know. ^^

Samurai Deeper Kyo scans are the hardest to find on the internet.I had 3 sites where i read Samurai Deeper Kyo (including bleachexile) but the manga just mysteriously disappeared from those sites.It took me for ever to find this site http://www.mangarun.com/samurai_deeper_kyo/ This has to chap 134 which i think is the latest scan.Also you could try the site in undying's post.Oh and if sdk disappears from that site hopefully these(http://www.mangarooter.com/samurai_deeper_kyo) and (http://www.vnmanga.com/truyentranh/manga.php?manga=191) will still have it

can anyone answere this question.. when DEK wanted Tenro (muramasas) sword he waited in Kyoshiros' body? or in his cause there are pictures while he is in his demon form with a muramasa blade.. so any insight?
