((w00t, I can start))
Name - Sato Zentachi
Race - Renegade Shinigami
Age - 21
Height - 5'3''
Weight - 170 lb
Eye Color - black
Hair Color - black
Hair style - anyone know Aoshi Shinomori? (from Rurouni Kenshin?, Raven Returns, you know of whom I speak ;-)
Outfit - shinigami outfit, but no sleeves and a black mantel/cape with his own family crest
Body Type - athletic
Bio - Sato grew up in the Western Rukongai district, his mind set on becoming a Shinigami. Because he had always had special, weird according to the other kids, abilities. Back when Aizen Sosuke was still a Shinigami Captain, he discovered Sato when he sees him entertaining his friends by creating an energy ball of spirit power. Aizen sensed the kid had great potential and took him to Seireitei, where a whole new world opened to him, and his dream had come true. He was a promising student in the academy, with an exceptional talent for hand-to-hand combat and sparring. he wanted to perfect most of his techniques when he tried to master Shunpo. But that, he couldn't achieve. It was driving him insane: he was the best student there was, yet some others, presumed weaker than him by Sato, had already mastered Shunpo. He interrupted his training for a mission in the human world.
There, when he was scouting the area, he met a person who seemed to be a shinigami, because he was wearing the outfit and had a zanpakuto. The person, named Ken Gumochi, said to him that he wasn't a shinigami, that he had left Seireitei without permission because he was being held back by his teacher. He told Sato it was bliss to be a renegade. Ken also told him that if he would also become a renegade, he would teach Sato every technique he knows, and that he was especially good at Shunpo. So, Sato stayed with him for a while, training, and fighting/local people. Until one day, captain Aizen himself showed up, and asked what Sato was doing here, he should have been back at Seireitei a month ago. Sato told him he didn't want to go back to Soul Society, that he wanted power, and that now, he got it! And he never wanted to lose it. Aizen smiled and said 1 thing : that ifSato would have become a strong renegade later, he would promise to fight for him. Sato asked for what purpose, as back then, Aizens plot was still unknown.
He told Sato everything, and said Sato had a choice: go back to Soul Sociey and tell the Gotei 13 aout Aizens plans, or stay a renegade, become more powerful than anyone, and fight for Aizen. In a blind lust for power, he chose the wrong option... And now, he still is a renegade, trained to perfection. Only Aizen has been defeated. He had nothing left, so followed a new leader; a warrior named Ming and general Tian Jiang Wu...

I am a Hohou user, so I use the special Hohou rules
Spoiler:
show spoiler
Hohou - DEX 6
The Shinigami combat art of speed focuses on slaying opponents with the utmost alacrity. Battles are not meant to be enjoyed - they are meant to be won. It is this philosophy that has led the Shinigami to develop their lethal Hohou war arts.
-Note: In order to qualify as a Hohou user, the player must possesses the highest-level Shunpo technique possible for their teir and must never use conventional attacks. They may only use Iajutsu strikes (attacks from which the blade is pulled from the scabbard in order to increase velocity.) Hohou users suffer a -4 penalty on all competency tests of other combat arts - Hakuda and Zanjutsu - because it is difficult to execute the powerful and intricate manuvers of these arts at the blinding velocities Hohou users employ. Hohou users suffer an additional -8 (total of -12) penalty on any techniques involving the STR or CON stats.
First Slice
A Hohou user has an effective Initiative equal to 25 + 2(Their highest-level Shunpo Technique). Thus, a Tier 5 Hohou user always has 35 Initiative.
Iajutsu
Hohou users attempt to minimalize their combat roles, preferring to instantly kill their opponents. Once per round, a Hohou user may launch an Iajutsu attack - pulling their katana from their scabbard exactly as they reach their foe - that is incredibly difficult to avoid. Iajutsu attacks subtract (Player's Tier) from enemy Evasion and inflict twice normal damage (On top of Critical Severity). Thus, a Severity 2 Critical Iajutsu hit inflicts 4x normal damage. It requires one action to sheath the blade again. ((personal edit: so fear my crits: 4 times normal damage ^^ = 60 damage)
Seal Technique
At the cost of one action, a Hohou user may attempt to interrupt an enemy technique before it is completed. The player rolls a number of d10 equal to his DEX and, if the total is greater than his opponent's stat x4, the opponent's technique instantly fails. This is especially useful when a Hohou user possesses more actions per round than their enemy. The following techniques may not be sealed: Quickened techniques and non-offensive (stat boosting) Ultimates. Any technique which causes incapacitation can be sealed, regardless of Quickened status.
Shukuchi
The Hohou user takes no damage from a technique on a successful save.
Techniques: (passive)
#104 Weapon Finesse
Use your dexterity as a bonus to you attack rolls rather than your strength (assuming your dexterity is higher).
#119 Fleet of Foot
Requires: DEX 4+, level 5+
Passive Ability
The player possesses natural speed.
The player may execute a Tier I Shunpo per turn, with no action cost.
#87 Iron Will:
Requires: None
You permanently gain a +d3 on all your Saving Throws (so a level 3 character with Iron Will would roll 2d6 + d3 for his/her saving throws).
#94 Weapon Specialization:
Requires: #92 Weapon Focus with selected weapon, Lv 4+
You add +2 HP of damage when you hit with your selected weapon.
You may take this Tech. multiple times, each time you take it it applies to a different weapon. It’s effects do no not stack.
Note: As with Weapon Focus and Greater Weapon Focus, you are always assumed to attack using the weapon you focused/specialised in, unless something specifically prevents you from using said weapon. If you have focused/specialised in several weapons, you must choose (and explain) which you are using when you attack ("I attack using my Zanpaku-to", etc...).
#92 Weapon Focus:
Requires: None
Select a weapon (any weapon: Katana, Zanpaku-to, Fists etc). You gain a +1 attack dice with that weapon (and only that weapon). You may take this Tech. multiple times, each time you take it it applies to a different weapon. It’s effects do no not stack.
Note: Your Zanpaku-to (Zan. for short) is a unique weapon. When you apply this tech. to your Zan. it applies to all its forms. However it’s innefective when you use someones else Zan. If that’s feasable...
If you take this tech, you are assumed always to attack using the weapon you chose to focus in, unless something specifically forbids you from using said weapon.

Sato recognized this guy. He thought he had obliterated him, but he survived, and then suddenly the other guy, Hayate, Knocked out Sato before he could react... Not fair... But now he would get his revenge...
He glared at Boko
"I will defeat you now, like it or not..."
Then, the battle started in a flash: Sato had launched a precision Iajutsu strike! This time he would defeat him! This time he would win!!
(Ok, got the damage right now -according to Jaran- I got 20 dmg 1 hit, and 40 crit)
[roll0]
(I take 40dmg then and have 30hp left but your HP calc is wrong its 20+10+10+10+10 = 60 not 22+12+12+12+12 = 60 and its not 60 its 70 then. And btw how did you get 10 dices to roll with?)
I stare at the man who almost killed me in the last fight. I see the anger in his eyes for not killing me in the last fight.
I try to attack him but he has alredy started, his speed has not dropped from the last time i saw him. Before i knew it i have been sliced two times and the blood was pouring out of me.
- That was a nice Iajutsu but mine is stronger and faster
I quickly get up and shunpo my way to him for my own Iajutsu strike.
Fleet foot: Shunpo +1 DEX
Dices: 7(DEX)+1(Attack)+1(Weapon Focus)=9
Base Damage: 3(STR)+2(Batter)+2(Weapon Spec)+5(lvl base dmg) = 12
Iajutsu: 12*2= 24 Crit: 12*4 = 48

(then I got 70 HP then, I guess. Oh, and the 10 DC is because of weapon finesse (gives me a 7 boost XD) anyway, I take 48 damage, 22 left)
Kaze's Iajutsu strikes hit Sato with the same precision as his own! This guy was better than expected! He would have to finish it quickly...
(action = resheath blade)
Sato resheathed his blade and looked his opponent in the eyes.
Hmmm, he still saw a faint proof of what can be called fear in Kaze's eyes.
"This will be your last fight, Kagema Kaze, because I will defeat you..."
That same line repeated in his head over and over again...
(You dont have 70 HP since you dont hav 2 in con dude! its 10+con every time you lvl up. So you have now 18 hp left 60-48 = 12. Get on MirC!)
My attacks connected and sliced Sato badly, he then tells me such a stypid sentance that i could make me laugh! I then slowly sheathed my Zanpaku-to and waiting for him to make his move.

((you have 30 HP left, right?))
Both Sato and Kaze now stood there in the arena. The crowd still cheered, and many bottles were thrown, but were instantly destroyed if they came to close to the combatants, because of their crushing reiatsu...
A sweatdrop fell from Sato's chin. It was now or never, he had to attack before Kaze would beat him to it.
And then he was gone.
Seeing Kaze turn around in slow motion, Sato let loose all of his energy in the form of a devastating attack and a battle-cry!
The slices were fast, precise, and lethal...
Iajutsu attack:
(10d10)[5][1][1][7][10][8][6][3][8][4](53)

((that's 40 damage, which means this fight is over, I think))
(yupp so you won bastard :P you won onley because you got to start hahahaha :D)
Its now or never I must kill Sato. I take a step forward and Sato disapears and in the next sec i feel cold, Sato has put his Zanpaku-to in my back. I slowly fall to the floor and pass out as Sato walks out the Arena as the winner
