Kira/Deathnote Maka/Soul Eater

Soul and Death the Kid from Soul Eater. Soul's cool guy attitude is badass not to mention DK's skills with Liz and Patty in pistol form is top notch (his OCD is damn funny to watch). Who can top a guy who can fire off a pair of guns with his pinkies? Black Star/Tsubaki, Stein, and Maka are among some of my favorites

Urahara and Kenpachi from Bleach. Urahara's seemingly jovial personality and sense of humor easily make him memorable and likeable in many ways. His various inventions such as gikongan and the hogyoku (sp?) are genius, and his wit and skill in battle match his scientific mind. Many different manga characters have come and captivated our attention and memories, and Urahara is definitely going down in manga history. But the man with the buckethat and infamous pimpcane ain't always fun and games. He's can analyze his opponent's movements before performing techniques so he can properly counter or negate the incoming attack.

Kenpachi, the captain with the most badass slasher smile and the brute force to boot makes my list. How many guys have you seen getting slashed like him while grinning like a freak fresh from the madhouse? Not many I've gotta say to be honest. He's an embodiment of pure instinct and battle spirit, knowing no fear; just the enjoyment of battle. The guy's even got a damn eyepatch to eat up his overflowing reiatsu that when released, grants him an exponential increase in power that make's slicing scyscrapers look easy. They say that if violence isn't solving your problems, you simply aren't using enough of it. For Kenpachi, the battle isn't over until either him or his opponent is dead (or if he simply loses interest). The fact that thinks death would be a bruden since he couldn;t kill any more makes him pretty memorable.
