New

[Green Bushido]

Hey everyone. Well, I don't know where to start other than I'm completely, utterly, and totally new to Bleach. As in, I just downloaded the first episode. I'm very excited to be getting into this anime as it will be my second.

One Piece, obviously, was my first - which I started getting into around May. I'm so green to all of this that I'm a bit intimidated. But I saw the commercial for Bleach on Adult Swim a few nights ago, and although I was somewhat familiar with the anime, I was interested to see what it was about. So then I stumbled head-first into this place.
So ... if anyone out there wouldn't mind being my Bleach mentor/tour guide, that would be great! ^_^ I hope to make some new friends here.

Thanks, everyone. I really appreciate all of the warm welcomes! I just watched the first episode (sub) and I must say my feelings about Bleach were correct. I may have found a new obsession! I love the animation and the style is terrific. The music rocks too so that's definately a plus.

I can't wait to see the rest of it!

Welcome to the forums Bushido! a tip, avoid the Bleach anime and manga sections of the forum until you're up to speed, they're fileld with spoilers :P

(PS when you get there, don't be alaramed that you can't find episode 74.. 73 is a doubble episode but was never number as such so it should be 73, 75-76 :P)

Haha! For sure. I ruined a lot of One Piece for myself by reading everything I could. Now I'm not all that excited about the episodes. I'm going to be much more careful with Bleach. Thanks for the advice!
