Does Naruto need a new Catch Phrase?

Whenever you watch Naruto, you've always seen him say the same thing over and over. It's either "Dattebayo!" or "Believe It!"

I personally think that Naruto's okay with these sayings, but I would like to see him say something different.

Here are some catch phrases I think he should use:

I want some Ramen!
Don't make me go Nine-Tailed on you!
Here I go again!

I have some more:

I'm almost 100% certain!
Believe my Dattebayo!
Oh Please!
"Some random Scream"



You know, I think the reason they put "Believe It!" as his catch phrase, try to say "Believe It!" and "DatteBayo" together, the first parts of both words look almost the same in terms of lip movement.

I don't really care about dattebayo, i mean most of the time he just adds it to all his sentences with -debayo.
But believe i absolutly hate **** its annoying, though you don't hear it much in the eng dub.

The English one should change to "BOOYAH" or "ALRIGHT", as the current one is just illogical nonsense.

The Japanese catchphrase fits perfectly, to a point that it can be merged into pre-existing words ("Urusai" -- Urusettebayo = "Shut up").

I'd opt for both to be removed as a first choice, naturally.

I personally don't mind the "catchphrase" in either version. I will agree that sometimes "Believe it" is placed in some rather weird places.

I think everyone should just grin and bear it, i mean its not as if it effects your day to day lifes i'm sure you called all endure him saying "believe it" or "Dattebayo" for a mere 30 minuets of your day.

dattebayo itself isn't a catchphrase in japanese... it's more like extending emphasis on your statement without having to yell (which Naruto does anyway...) kind of like a verbal exclamation point...

Now "Believe It!" is Viz's attempt at giving Naruto, and the series in general, a catchphrase, which is completely f*cking retarded... I'm sorry Viz, that's not what -tebayo and -bayo at the end of a phrase would translate too in English... just leave it the F*CK alone, and we'll all be happy campers...

Yeah, the "believe it" gets really annoying really quick. Unfortunately, there's not really a direct translation for it into English. At least, not one that is short enough to be used in his talking frames.
