Low Amateur. Work on depth, lighting, text, the works. read some of the tuts in our tut ection, they should give you good ideas on what to improve. Good Luck Buu :)

Well, I've been using Photoshop for 2 years, going on 3. I don't think I'll improve anymore, I can never find any good tuts which actually help me.
Yes, I read the ones in the forum.

well, PM me when you're next making a tag and I'll tell you how to improve it :) I advise not using downloaded brushes for a start.

Nothing special to add, just do some tutorials. It seems that you haven't tried a variety of more difficult tuts... even if you don't like the tut still try it, you'll learn key techniques.
Amature gmv.
Custom brushes ftl. If you just use them, your limit yourself a lot. The sigs all have a very copy+pasted feel to them. If you don't want to look for tuts on GR or NSL, just check out our own little tut section. =]
Amateur. nothing wrong with custom brushes, just like c4ds IMO :P. Anyway, if possible know how to use custom brushes to your advantage with depth.
Try out other fun tools like smudge :O and filters ^^
