Description
My zanpakutou is a fairly ordinary katana in its unreleased form.

Shikai
Release command: Ikusen umou (Thousand feathers)

I concentrate on my zanpakutou and hundreds of feathers fall through the air around me. I can manipulate these feathers with the tip of my blade and, while they cannot cause physical pain, they can both provide a very effective shield for myself and my allies, while blinding and confusing the enemy.

Bankai
Release command: Yume no Tsubasa (Wings of a Dream)

I stretch my arms out either side of me, and two pure white wings extend from my shoulder-blades. These have three purposes. Firstly, they serve the obvious purpose of flight. This allows for much swifter navigation of the battlefield, and evasion of enemy attacks. Secondly, they are near-inpenetrable by either physical or magical attacks. This allows them to provide an extremely effective shield for me (although note that they cannot be extended long enough to completely surround me - there will always be areas left exposed). Thirdly, their feathers have extremely potent healing powers (although obviously each feather lost weakens the bankai very slightly. Any feathers lost will be restored when the bankai is next activated). Obviously, the wings also provide a relatively effective blunt attack against enemies.

Final Release
Release Command: Namidagunma Unmei (Tearful Destiny)

My wings turn black. I rise above the battlefield, and a grusome, blood-red sphere spreading out from my body, extending outwards to an eventual 100 metre radius. The sphere is completely inpenetrable from the outside. I hang above the battlefield, eyes closed from maintaining the concentration required to hold the sphere in place, unable to perform any movements other than the most basic movements of the arms and legs. From that moment on, any damage or pain inflicted on my body will be inflicted on any and every person I choose within the sphere. There is no defence against this, and once within the sphere, it is impossible to escape it. As a result of this, I can only inflict pain on my enemy/enemies by inflicting it on myself, and my only method of ending the life of any or all enemies is by ending my own life. If, when the battle is won, I am still alive, I must rest for days to recover the strength required to maintain the sphere.

Zanpakutou & Shikai


To awaken my zanpakutou you have to shout “Cut the sky in two” and then its name which is Genkutsu



Appearance


The appearance of my zanpakutou in non-shikai or bankai form is a long
sword. The hilt is as a normal Shinigami hilt would be. The sword length is
about 5 feet long with a 1 foot long hilt and guard. When in shikai however
It becomes much bulkier thicker and just a little longer. The hilt transforms into
A metal block that is equal to the width of the zanpakutou and is about 5 inches long.
It is the same color as any zanpakutou would be in there state. (Note: To give a better image of what is looks like in shikai ill just compare it to Cloud Strife’s sword for FF7 although it doesn’t look exactly like that.


Shikai


During shikai form my zanpakutou is a lot more power It can launch two attacks. They are:

Bakuha:


Bakuha is basically a giant blast of power that comes from the zanpakutou. It is a very devastating blast that wipes out anything in its path. It can be released in many variations of sizes. The color of this attack is blue

Denki


Denki is the result of my thrusting my zanpakutou in to the air and shouting its name. It collects electricity in amounts. These amounts are decided by my brain thoughts on how much I want to gather. After it is done charging in can either be thrust into a blast or shot out in all directions (good for facing multiple enemies). The color of this attack is blue


Bankai (If we have one)


My blade shrinks down in width to slightly bigger than a normal zanpakuto and gets a proper hilt. Also the blade turns blood red and my clothes change into blood red shinigami robes with a single black stripe going down each arm and leg. The name of my zanpakuto in now Genkutsu Sanketyu. I’m also able with my head to imagine something (nothing too big or powerful) and shoot it at the enemy (example: piano , or a laser or something). I am also slightly faster and can hover in the air in one spot for 10 seconds and then I will fall unless I move. The disadvantages is whenever I need to imagine something I must close my eyes and let down my guard for 2 seconds which leaves my vulnerable for a direct attack. The blasts from my sword are also a lot more powerful but they take a lot more reiatsu which discourages using them a lot.


Final Release (if we can have one)


The arena gets transported into an alternate dimension. The color of the realm is (you guessed it ) blood red which looks like the color is actually flowing around inside so it looks like actual blood. You cannot leave or penetrate the dimension once you have entered. Unfortunately it is more vulnerable from the outside and after repeated blasts against it should break open. When I am inside I can float around in the air for as long as I want and I become slightly faster but the longer I float in the air the more reiatsu it takes. It will only start taking reiatsu after the first 20 seconds in the air which again promotes not staying in the air for too long. The only way to get out of the sphere is when either it breaks from the outside or you or your opponent dies or gives up.

Since my character is a Quincy, should I post the appearance and abilities of the Sanrei glove that he posesses and also the Final Form he can go into, or are Ishida's abilities (from the anime/manga) enough to use for the story?

That's okay then D_I because it's all in the finalised character bio I submitted but there is just one thing I want to change about his Final Form.

As Ishida seemed to have one 'wing' coming out of his back in his Final Form, my character posesses two, allowing him to absorb spirit particles much quicker.

and here is my Zanpakuto, I still need to add some more. But I got to go now, so C&C this for now.. =P

Zanpakuto:
- Full name: Kage Yaiba

- Non shikai/bankai: My sword looks like a normal Zanpakuto/katana, for the colours, black and red. (like Ichigos bankai..) nothing special with the hilt/guard, only that the holes on the guard is formed like lighting.

Shikai:
the shout to get shikai is "Cut them in three, Kage". My Zanpakutos blade is made into two blades (like the Katana here: http://blog.stung.org/archives/images/masters/adventchildren_02.jpg)

In Shikai it do two things:

1. It makes me move faster (ofc not as fast as Ichigo, but a little faster then normal.. ^^)

2. (Needs a name.. ^^) Reiatsu is concentrated in between the two blades, and as I move my Zanpakuto in a wide arc in front of me. The lighting like reiatsu shoot out from my sword (like in the white lighting kidou). When this hit’s the enemies in front of me it do minor damage and Stun/paralyse the enemies it hit. Then I can use my speed to kill them of before the are able to move again. (of course this wont work on a higher level enemy..)

Disadvantage: My character isn’t very powerfull, and have to use speed to win.

Bankai:
Name is now Yaiba. My blade grows into one big blade with lighting around it. My left arm gets a shieldt this is made of my Reiatsu and looks like lighting or electricity that is flying around in the form of a tower shield. My speed is now back to normal (as I am using Hohou/senka, normal is quite fast too..). If I miss with this Zanpakuto it wont really matter, and blocking wont help either. As the Lighting around my blade will still go through the air and hit the target. If he use a lot of reiatsu, he may shoot white lighting like reiatsu from the tip of his blade.

Disadvantage: Speed, my speed is a lot lower then in Shikai and this can be a problem sometimes..

Final Release:
Name in final release is Kage Yaiba.
I add more on this later, but I guess some of you are able to understand a bit of how this works. If you look on the names ^^

Sanrei Glove release:

It looks like a black version of Ishidas bow, instead of firing blue arrows they are black and instead of emitting blue reishi it is also black (I'm sorry I'm comparing my abilities to Ishida's, there isn't enough information for me to make up new stuff eg. pictures)

His power is similar to Ishida's except my character can concentrate more reishi into a single shot with the downside of it taking up more energy and effort.

That's all I can really think of for his first release, now for the Final Form:

Instead of one 'wing' like Ishida has, my character posesses two, allowing quicker reishi absorption, and again all of the reishi he emmits is black.

He is about as powerful as Ishida in this form, maybe more?

That's all I can think of for the inal form aswell. Comment and Critique if you wish to do so.

Well... you could add different arrow types to the basic abilities (for example, black arrows for regular battle, metal black arrows when he needs more power).

As for the Sanrei ability, how about increasing firing rate, more arrows in a single shot? Different color arrows and different matter (for eaxmple, the most powerful arrows would look as if they are made of steel of, let's say, red coloring).

Just some suggestions for our very onw Quincy :p

Ok guys here's the zanpaktou i've chosen from the thread Undying gave. I've checked with Hotaru and he said it's ok for me to use it (as long as i give some sort of credit to him) :)
i think this slayer would suit my character
If u want i can change it around a bit more - anything u might think is too powerful or weak, or just to personalise it more, etc...

A double swords set, a katana and a wakizashi. Both are worn across the back, the red scabbards tucked into his robe where the obi connects with the kimono. They rest cross shape; the hilts are at about his lowest rib. This enables him to draw his swords quickly and is able to protect himself from the front or behind as soon as the swords are drawn. The wakizashi is not in its original manner, the blade is straight. The top half of the back blade is also sharp. The cross guards are the shape of a flame with three peaks. The handle straps are red and at the hilts, three short strings hang off with a tiny knot at the end off each. Kaito can use either sword to deal with most things but prefer the longer and assuring katana, which he can wield skillfully single or double handed. He will, however, use both swords if he wants to have fun (ie. Killing people stylishly) or is fighting a tough opponent.

Sealed Form Ability : Not so much of an ability to do with the Zanpkutou, but the skill is sharper, more powerful and effective if the Zanpakutou is carried. Kaito has the ability to turn reaitsu into fire. Thus, he can create a wall of fire around himself if he leaks reaitsu and convert them to fire. This, of course, uses up reaitsu. The reiatsu firewall can be used as a weak melee defense, a moderate reaitsu-based attack defense and a complete defense against water/ice-based attacks, unless, of course, the attack is very powerful. While wearing the Zanpakutou, the conversion of reaitsu to fire is much efficient that without it.

Avatar : A gold haired young man, with yellow eyes that change colour to match that of the flame on the Zanpakutou. He wears a white kimono top with orange-red tartan culottes. He wears a body shield, the same as those use in Kendo. Sometimes his Zanpakutou can sound really care-free, causing Kaito to argue with him, thinking through the situation in the process. This solves the problems efficiently. His avatar is employing this trick on purpose, allowing him to think and fight by and for himself. His avatar’s favourite phrase is, normally said when problems are solved, “there you go, you idiot”.
I changed this Avatar bit around to make it more suited for Kaito, and this last phrase: "there you go, you idiot" can also be changed if it doesn't go too well with the character...

Shikai : If the wakizashi is not drawn, Kaito draws it in an unusual manner, with the end of the blade pointing towards himself; thus the cross guard is by his little finger and the hilt by the thumb. He then holds his blades horizontally, with the hilts pressed against each other, the katana in his right hand with the blade pointing away from the wielder and the wakizashi in his left hand with the fore blade pointing towards the wielder and says the release phrase in the most care-free manner : Jissai no Hikari o Mieru, Hotaru Nagare -- 実際の光を見える,蛍流れ Show them your true light, Firefly Stream. The strings coming off the ends of the hilts tangle together to form a wicked looking diamond-shaped chain; with the pointy ends jutting out in all eight directions, which joins the two swords together. The chain length can be varied according Kaito’s will, thus enabling him the ability to throw one of the swords at the enemy without loosing it. He will sometimes spin the wakizashi around in Ichigo’s manner, to get the momentum before throwing it. The chain could shorten so that the swords become connected again and form a double blades sword. This has to be done in order to use any of the abilities below.
Shikai Abilities : Upon the words “Hitotsu Ugoki 一つ動き First Movement” the blade is covered in yellow-orange flame. The command “Akuma no Hi 悪魔の火 Daemonic Fire” enables the blade to shoot a jet of yellow-orange flame covering a wide area. However, the flame is of short range (50m max), can not be fired often (3 shots per minute) and is easily avoidable using Shunpo. The second stage of the Shikai can be utilise when the phrase “Futatsu Ugoki – Fubuki no Hotaru 二つ動き – 吹雪の蛍 Second Movement – Firefly Blizzard” is announced. This uses a huge amount of reiatsu and will leave the user exhausted if used for a prolonged period. The colour of the flame has changed to blue-white. The ability enables Kaito to summon a blizzard of firefly-shapes flames from his blades, which he can direct it with his swords. The blizzard stream can split itself, much like Senbonzakura’s movement. It would disappear after one minute and the speed is not brilliant. It is avoidable if you are a Vice-Captain or above. He does not have a shikai defensive ability.

Techniques: There are many techniques that can be performed, basing on the Shikai Abilities. Air Slicing Cut/Slash Kuuki no Kiru Kougeki 空気の切る攻撃 – Kaito cuts the air at incredible speed to send off a wave of compressed air. 8th Level Hell Mukenjigoku 無間地獄– Kaito cuts the air around the opponent, creating a cube of air. The opponent will die of suffocation if s/he does not break out. It’s a booby-trap, however, when the opponent does break the air cube, a sudden rush of oxygen feeds into the box, reigniting the flame which has been placed in there just before the cube of air was cut by Kaito. The result is that the cube explodes as the oxygen feeds the flame rapidly. This can be use in combination with Akuma no Hi 悪魔の火 Daemonic Fire to create a chain of explosions and fire. Fallen Angel Dantenshi 堕天使– Futatsu Ugoki – Fubuki no Hotaru 二つ動き – 吹雪の蛍 Second Movement – Firefly Blizzard wraps around the opponent, Kaito jumps back high and release a Akuma no Hi 悪魔の火 Daemonic Fire. As the Akuma no Hi 悪魔の火 Daemonic Fire covers the opponent, all of the fire fireflies home in onto the opponent. Fire Dance Hi no Odori 火の踊り– Kaito summons Fubuki no Hotaru 吹雪の蛍 Firefly Blizzard and instead of directing it towards the opponent, he uses to shield himself from attacks. This defense is weak and incomplete, but will burn anything that comes into contact with it like normal fire. Hell Crusher – Kaito stabs his sword into the ground and kneel, releases Akuma no Hi 悪魔の火 Daemonic Fire into the ground and thus creating a shield of fire around himself. It is so powerful that it will create a crater in the ground once the fire has burnt out.

Bankai : Obviously with just the word “Bankai”. The swords can either be crossed in front of him, Ukitake’s shikai style, or held vertically on either side of his body, Kyouraku’s shikai style, while he enunciate clearly “Ban-kai”. His swords change form; both have become No-Dachis instead.
Nodachis are large japanese swords. Difficult to forge, the curved blades are also very difficult to wield, as they tend to be of an abnormal size and weight. If a sword was based on cutting power alone, Nodachis would clearly be superior. However, only skilled warriors can use these blades appropriately, making them not the perfect weapon to use. Nodachis are also used in large areas, as they are generally useless in closed quarters.

The colour of the flames turns black. His appearance has changed slightly; a pattern of red flames has appeared across his face. The irises of his eyes have turned blood-red, with white pupils, giving him a daemonic look. He now appears to wear a cloak and other Noble sort of accessories; in a way that seems to honour the enemy. His speed, power and strength have increased significantly. He is now able to release any type of his shikai attacks, without the swords being attached, with more power and speed; from either of his swords and both of his hands as well. The true form of his Bankai, however, is “Senkei – Saigo Ugoki – Mau Hotaru no Arashi 殲景 – 最後動き – 舞う蛍の嵐 True Form – Final Movement – Storm of the Dancing Fireflies”. The flames patterns spread from his face to cover his entire body. The ability allows his blood to turn into flames as soon as it leaves his body. This allows him to use his blood spilt by the enemy back on the enemy him/herself. However, if this is use continuously, it will eat away his life force as he is losing blood.
Final ability, Hou Ou no Saisei 鳳凰の再生 Final View – Rebirth of the Phoenix. The two No-Dachis are held together vertically in front of the body, in the defensive stance. All of Kaito’s blood, fireflies, flames and any floating reaitsu are called back by HotaruNagare 蛍流 FireflyStream, concentrating all of the energy and reiatsu on the blade itself. Under this tremendous power, the two blades fuse together to form a Odachi field-sword, measuring up to 2 meters in length. A black flame rises off the sword in the most vicious way. The temperature is now beyond reiality, the blade can cut through any available materials in the world, but can be stop by one thing only, a stronger reaitsu. Kaito’s reiatsu is so overwhelming that it leaks out from the sword and his body to form fan of reiatsu, spread out behind his back, very much like peacock’s tail. This is naturally fire, using Kaito’s natural ability. He can use reaitsu fan to propel him forward or backwards as he wishes, or as a general reiatsu shield.

Hirenkyaku – This is the Quincy version of Shunpo. With this Sendo can run at very high speeds to evade and to get to things/places quicker.

Rasontengai – This allows Sendo to move his body parts using only his brain, for example if one of his body parts is paralyzed, he can still move them using this technique.

Kitokasu – When an enemy attacks, this shield can be immediately activated to block or reflect the attack back at the enemy. The attack will either be stopped right there at the shield and then disappear as though the very attack itself had dissolved into the air or be reflected back at the enemy. What people don’t know is that the shield can actually allow the user to absorb the energy from the attack. This will give the user an extra amount of reiatsu to fire a more powerful attack. It will also work as a passive skill to enable a Quincy to replenish his energy while blocking the attacks from an enemy. Once absorbed, the energy from the attack will be converted to become the user's energy (or reiatsu). The level of attack will differ according to the amount of energy absorbed from attacks and the amount of reiatsu the body can sustain. To activate this shield and use it to block and reflect away attacks will require little reiatsu. However, to completely absorb the enemies attacks, one must be fully concentrated and have enough energy to last the shield when it is absorbing the attack (an attack which is not completely absorbed will slightly damage the shield). Then, the ability will work at its best. When activated, the shield will be in the shape of a semi sphere, covering a total of 180 degree around the body of the user. Every ability will, of course, have its own weaknesses. For this shield, it can be used against physical and kidou based attacks. However, the shield can only absorb or reflect the energy of kidou-based attacks.

Sanrei Glove Release

Sendo’s bow is somewhat like Ishida’s except it is black.
Sendo fires arrows of black reishi normally
He fires arrows of green reishi in them for extra speed (the greener they are, the faster they travel)
He fires arrows of red reishi in them for extra power (the more red they are, the more damaging they are)
He also fires arrows that are of a yellow reishi, this colour signifies that more than one arrow will be fired at once but there is no way to tell how many it will fire.

Final Form

Instead of one 'wing' like Ishida has, my character possesses two, allowing quicker reishi absorption, and again all of the reishi he emits is black.
All of the arrows he fires contain the highest properties of each arrow in the first form for example, each arrow is fired as if it was the fastest, the most powerful and duplicate arrows are fired at the same time.
All in all he is about as powerful as Ishida in this form. Maybe more?

[Undying]

All righty then, I have two Zanpkautous I want to use but I can't decide... I'll post one here now, and then I'll finish editing the 2nd one and post it as well.

Name:
Raitei (Thunder Emperor)

Sealed Form:
When slead, Raitei manifests itself in the form of a short dirk (a small knife) and a bottle of Sake. Undying must use his Hakuda (hand-to-hand) combat skills for regular missions.

Shikai:
Wt\ith the phrase "Glow", Undying drinks the sake in the bottle, thus manifesting the basic ability of the shikai: Drunken Boxing. This strange form of Kung Fu is made of random movements, all named after certain things (for example, a stance with one hand curving upwards and then towards the oppoenent is called "Crane pecking", and for example grabbing the foe and throwing him/her down from the user's shoulders is called "waterefall") and is best used while drunk (which is why Undying must drink the sake - it instantly makes him drunk enough to fight). If this is not enough, a passive ability is also constantly active, called Lightning of the Thunder Emperor, which is a very special ability. As the name suggests, this is electicity, but not a magical one, but rather one generated by the human body itself and then magnified, much like an electric eel. This means that each hit has a small electir shock delivered to the enemy, causing disruptions in their movement signals and disrupting the muscle movement, lessening the fighting ability of the enemy. The third and deadliest ability of the shikai is the Fist of Fury, which can only be used if Undying feels a great anger. No longer drunk, Undying unleashes his anger to a massive extent, causing him to emit a dim blue aura from his body, his hair becomes lighter in color and the eyes change color imto elcetric blue. The amount of electricity that can be generated with this form is extremely dangerous, up to 100,000 volts. This is because this is the only form of the shikai that is designed for killing, while the others are designed merely to stop the enemy. Also, as a side effect, Undying can heal his wounds using outseid electricity from any source by absorbing it and causing his cells to accelerate their regenration rate.

Bankai:
Mugenjou no Raitei (Thunder Emperor of the Infinite Fortress): With this, Undying completely succumbs to his inner darkness, calling upon it to destroy his opponent.

Bankai Appearance/Abilities:
As the bankai is released, a thunderstorm picks up at once. This allows Undying to generate a far greater amount of electricity, enhancing the Fist of Fury into Rai Kiri (Thunder/Lightning Edge). Don't confuse it with the Chidori from Naturo, this attack has no additional pentrative power, but the amount of electricity in each fist is huge, great enough to cause a massive electic shock to anyone careless enough not to keep their Reiatsu condenced into defence in their body. If this fails, Undying can call upon the greatest weapon of his bankai - Mugenjou, The Infinite Fortress. With the chant

I am fear incarnate.
Steel is my body, and fire is my blood.
I have seen over a thousand deaths.
Unaware of loss.
Nor aware of gain.
Withstood pain to achieve this power.
Waiting for one's arrival.
I have no regrets, this is the only path.
My whole life was "Infinity Fortress."

It manifests itself as a huge black castle-like group of buildings, from which Undying emerges. Dressed now with black shirt and a long red coat, and a black jeans. (similiar to Archer from FSN, only the shirt is as tight). Undying is glowing with a blue light, his hair is golden and the irises are electrical blue, while the whites have lightnings in them. When using Mugenjou, Undying's speed, strength, agility, endurance and intelligence all take a leap, increasing his general fighting ability to nearly super human levels. The downside is that this causes Undying to be more evil, trying to destroy anything that might cause him sadness. This is because Infinity Fortress causes him to see hudreds upon hundreds of deaths of innocents, which causes him great angst and suffering. As a result, he appears more mature, colder, more badass and evil. The second side effect of Mugenjou is the huge amount of electricity it generates, which Undying in turn absords and uses. This means that his healing rate increases to incredeible rates, and the Rai Kiri now has a far greater effect. Within Mugenjou, Undying has access to his greatest weapon: the Raiken, Thunder Sword. This magnificent long sword, curved slightly and with only one edge, exerts a massive amount of electricity from it, causing an acceleration of the particles around it and giving its cutting an area effect. Also, Undying can genrate all of the lectricity inside Mugenjou into a huge blast from the sword, caused by the massive particles acceleration near it. This creates an effect similiar to a black hole, only it's a beam of anti-matter shoots forward, with extremely high destruction capacity (anti-world weapon). The downside is that the attack not only drains much of Undying's energy, but if he generates too large an amount, larger than what Mugenjou can generate (and that is a LOT), it will explode in a violate burst of energy that is potentially fatal to both Undying and the enemy.

Sealed Appearance:
When sealed, Gilgamesh is a short sword, western styled, with a golden hilt and crosspiece, and a silver blade.

Shikai:
After intoning "Thou shalt rule over this world", Gilgamesh manifests itself as an ability rather than a weapon change. It's somewhat of both, actually, since the ability is Gate of Babylon: King's Treasury. The short sword recieves another blade, paralel to the first one, thus creating a spatial key. allowing Amane to access her vast wealth contained within a vault in the heart of ancient Babylon. Inside this treasury are a myriad of Noble Phantasms collected during the peak of Uruk's civilization. Amane either throws these weapons or fires them out of her vault like rockets. Within the vault there aren't only weapons; any type of artifact in there can be found there, including potions, poisons, armor suits, shields, etc.Therefore, the vault can be used to increase Amane's arsenal or support her allies, though Because she lacks proficiency with any of these weapons, she is only able to use them as disposable projectiles. The firing rate for this "rocket luncher" is 3000 shots per minute, and any weapons or artifacts discharged by Gate of Babylon return to the vault after a set amount of time - set by Amane, of course.

Bankai:
Gilgamesh - powers of the ancients. When bankai is unleashed, Gilgamesh gains different abilities from his former form. Since this is a "weapon summoning/support" Zanpakutou, it's abilities are attacks or superior weapons, not the usual array of abilities or attacks employed by characters during the Bleach series.

Bankai Appearance/Abilities:

As mentioned above, Gilgamesh isn't the type to give it's user a huge weapon and let him or her use it's abilities. Rather, it grants a limited number of super powerful Kidou based abilities to Amane. The first move this bankai users is Enkidu: Chain of Heaven, a defensive move that fires a mythical chain, binding either an attack made by the enemy - it can bind and destroy up to 7 simultaneous attacks, and then it needs a short while before it can defend again (for reference from Bleach: see Zabimaru and Urahara's explanation about firing and attack rates). It can also be used to temporarily shut-down a Zanpakutou, but of course the power necessary for it grows in proportion to the stage of it (sealing shikai takes less than sealing bankai), and the power of the user (Captain class opponents will probably exhaust Amane quicky), and the amount of time the sword remains sealed depends on the enemies power and Amane's remaining one, so it is best used against weak opponents or as support attack for allies.

The second ability, an offensive one, represents Amane's anger. It flares easily and destructively, but it subsides quickly. Hence, Enûma Elish - Ea: The Star of Creation that Splits Apart the Heaven and Earth, the most powerful ability this sword has, is made. An aphotic, pillar-shaped blade, etched with fine crimson letterings in cuneiform. With an energy output far superior to most weapons and/or enemies, rotation of Ea's tri-blade segments vacuums and compresses surrounding atmospheric gasses. Upon release, the ensuing cataclysmic blast sunders the foundations of reality, causing a collapse of time and space that disintegrates everything around the area of attack. Ea's material components have no origins in the mortal plane; unlike other weapons, it cannot be replicated through tracing (this means that even the Archer bankai I've created earlier - see two posts above - cannot duplicate it). It's destructive power is massive, but because of the high energy output and the strain on Amane's body caused by it, it cannot fire more than three or four consequetive shots before becoming useless.

That's Amane's zanpakuto atm. The abilities arent all complete yet. I was thinking that Amane will slowly develop her zanpakuto's abilities as the story moves on. Meanwhile, i'll come up with more skills.

Description
My zanpakutou is a fairly ordinary katana in its unreleased form except for the engraved word on both sides.

Release command: Mayowasu minasan Nazonazo (Mystify everyone Enigma)
And as soon as the realease command is recited, the katana gives out an electric blue glow which is a sign that it is unlocked and from that point on the owner can change it to 5 forms (Same as Kaoru Koganei's halbred in Flame of Recca): Halbred/Lance, Scissors, Chain Sickle, Scimitar and lastly Boomerang.

Halbred/Lance (Mori or Shippou Mori)
The katana changes shape into a silver halbred/lance..when thrusts towards a target, a beam shots out of its tip

Scissors (Sentou or Shippou Sentou)
Changes into a silver shear...but instead of cutting objects it closes any cuts inflicted by the enemy just by placing it on top of the wound but cannot replenish energy/reiatsu

Chain Sickle (Rensa or Shippou Rensa)
Changes into a silver sickle..instead of chains connecting the two parts, it is connected by the owner's reiatsu and can be connected or disconnected like zabimaru's bankai form

Scimitar (Engetsutou or Shippou Engetsutou)
changes into silver scimitar same as the large scimitar of Shunsui, it shoots reiatsu when swung in the air (same shape as the scimitar's blade) in one direction once and returns in large numbers (not necessarily back to the caster)

Boomerang (I don't know, maybe bu-meran? or Shippou Bu-meran? lol)
Changes into Silver wings...can be used as an offensive weapon but defensively it condenses the reiatsu in the air to form multiple spinning boomerangs hovering in the air like disks and automatically deflects physical attacks and reflects the offensive reiatsu from the enemies back to it's origins.


note: this forms are achieved by the owner by saying the names or just by thinking of the names after the release phrase.

Shikai: It's the same length but the blade is completely straight and at the end it's cutoff (url at end of post). And the blade is half black like Ichigo's and Renji's sword. There is a 6 foot chain at the end of the handle as well. I'd release it saying Soar into the Sky Katsuhage.
Abilities:
Katsuhage is a wind-type zanpaku-to so I can control the wind (but I can't have control over the air, meaning it's not like I can make it so people can't breathe. That's kind of cheap) I don't have to use my sword and chain to control the wind, so it's not like if I don't have my sword, I doomed and powerless.
-Swift Silence:
When I create a wind current around my opponent that is so fast and strong it's hard for them to move and they cannot hear or sense anything, which allows me to strike in silence
-Blade's Fury:
When an air current surrounds either the blade or chain or both so when I attack, the opponent is hit with the force of the blade and force of the wind.
Bankai:
The blade stays the same but the chain disperses, and scatters and cannot be seen. I can also create more chains using my reitsu. Strong wind currents begin to surround me and my sword.
-Phantom Bind:
Wind surrounds the opponent completely, like during Swift Silence, and the unseen pieces of chain will bind and destroy the oppenent.
-The Wind's Fang:
When he becomes the wind itself and surrounds my sword and my to strengthen my power and help me fly if I must.

Raitei (Thunder Emperor)

Sealed Form:
When slead, Raitei manifests itself in the form of a small bottle of sake, and a long, silver spear worn on his back, named "The White Lance", though the spear is nowhere near a lance, baing about 120 cm in length. This is because Undying doesn't like being lethal unless provoked, and therefore he uses many different styles of hand-to-hand combat to overcome his opponents. He also likes to drink, and therefore he has easy access to it... as well as the ability to use Drunken Boxing.

Shikai:
With the phrase "Glow" a huge lightning bolt strikes Undying, trigering his ability to generate electricity as though he was an electric eel. Theoreticaly, he can generate an infinite amout of electricity, though his body requires outside source of electricity in order to generate more than 100,000 volts at a time. He can wield this in almost any form imaginable, though his prefered way is to charge his spear with electricity and use it as a very lethal weapon. However, if he so chooses (and if he wants to fight without his spear, or if he had the spear taken away), he can fight with his bare hands using Fist of Fury, which is linked directly to Undying's anger. The angrier he is, the greater the amount of electricity his fists (and all other body parts) generate in the form of offensive weaponry (that is, focused to kill). He can also use the lightning in order to increase his regenration rate, though he needs to use outside electrricity for that. He can also hurl bolts of lightning in short to mid ranges.

Bankai:
Mugenjou no Raitei (Thunder Emperor of the Infinite Fortress): With this, Undying completely succumbs to his inner darkness, calling upon it to destroy his opponent.

Bankai Appearance/Abilities:
As the bankai is released, a thunderstorm picks up at once. This allows Undying to generate a far greater amount of electricity, enhancing the Fist of Fury into Rai Kiri (Thunder/Lightning Edge). Don't confuse it with the Chidori from Naturo, this attack has no additional pentrative power, but the amount of electricity in each fist is huge, great enough to sear away limbs and to sever nerves at a glancing hit. If this is not enough, Undying can call upon the greatest weapon of his bankai - Mugenjou, The Infinite Fortress. With the chant

I am fear incarnate.
Steel is my body, and fire is my blood.
I have seen over a thousand deaths.
Unaware of loss.
Nor aware of gain.
Withstood pain to achieve this power.
Waiting for one's arrival.
I have no regrets, this is the only path.
My whole life was "Infinity Fortress."

It manifests itself as a huge black castle, from whence Undying emerges, dresses in dead black armor, identical to Gilgamesh's from FSN (sorry for not taking the time to describe it, but unfortunatly it is very late now and I am exhausted and as close to sick as possible with actually being sick. Therefore, please refer to the above statement as though I have described Gilagamesh's armour in great detail). He also holds Gilgamesh's sword (again, I apologize for not describing it, but I am honestly unable to think clearly right now... please also refer to it as a detailed description of Enuma Elish). He can generate a tachiyon field around it in order to allow it a cutting effect (otherwise, it's spiral-like swod cannot cut). He can also use the generated elcetricity from Mugenjou in order to fires a massive beam of anti-matter at the enemy, causing massivve destruction to anything in itsd path. While using Mugenjou, Undying changes drasticaly: he is a cold-blooded, nearly insane killer, bent upon killing his enemy without hesitation or remorse. Also, this ability slowly but surely drains his sanity away, so it is rarely used. Also, this ability is extremely dangerous: when generating the offensive beam or tachiyon field, Undying must control it perfectly, otherwise it can easily kill him. Also, if he generates an amout of electricity greater than what Mugenjou can handly (and that is a LOT, but still, there are limits), his bankai will blackout, instantly shutting down and going "offline" for 24 hours. The result is, of course, immediate defeat in most cases as the enemy will rarely let Undying escape from him.

I decided to redisgn it (since my character's first appearance is in this chapter, I can still change stuff about him since the reader doesn't really know him yet), and so the new Zanpakto is on the way. The only thing official right now is the name: Guren (Crimson Lotus).
