Anniversary Rant
You're probably wondering “Wait, it’s not Club Bleach’s anniversary so what on earth is she talking about?”, so look on the next word and you will see ‘rant’, meaning I’m gonna be talking and putting my own thoughts into the situation at hand. What’s with the anniversary you might ask? Well, it’s been a year since I’ve joined the ranks of Club Bleach, back when it was tiny with a few hundred members.
You might think that I’m writing an article on my achievements but I beg to differ for through a year, many changes have occurred and what started off as a small forum for Bleach lovers alike has quickly expanded to a global forum where the number of members have passed the 20000 mark. Incredible much? Obviously I shouldn’t be surprised because Bleach is such an awesome anime/manga and who wouldn’t want to join in this awesome community but lately, I’ve been taken back by how many new members join everyday. Before, it used to be like one, maybe two if we’re lucky, joining in every few days. Of course one would have to take into consideration that Bleach had only recently come out.
Back then, I was fairly involved in all the threads available. I remember how the Bleach Fan Clubs were the most popular and everybody just had to join in. Same as the other threads, and getting to know another member was absolutely fun. With the many members we have now, its so easy to find another member whose living on the other side of the world, or maybe even right in your neighbourhood. From just posting on the threads, many members who develop friendships with others constantly send PMs and emails to one another, or having a chats on MSN. With the massive number of members, it was no wonder we had to change the structure of CB around a bit, making sure that some of the most popular sections were ones that could not increase your post count. It has gone to an extreme where you don’t see your number of posts, except if you check your profile or your info on the top of the index, but rather see your rep power. It’s a good move, so that people don’t compare their own post counts with another’s and try to compete, and I feel it curbs the spamming a tad.
Yet who am I to say? I have been fairly inactive for the past few months due to the stress of school and admittedly was inactive the first few months of the year. Whenever I come back, there’s always something new and interesting to look forward to. However my recent re-entry into the posting world of CB has got me realising that I’m just a little part. There are so many new members who sound really nice whom I don’t know because of my inactiveness. It’s like going away from home and your friends for a few years, then coming back to find that although it’s still home and they’re still your friends, something’s changed and you feel like you’re only a small part of that life now.
Before, the Gotei 13 was just a fun activity to do and we did get some interest, however it soon died out. That was one of the things that really confused me when I came back into the Club Bleach scene. The previous Gotei 13 was wiped out and we started anew. Would you look at that? It’s now one of the most popular sections of CB. Members excitedly asked to join divisions and now we have all 13 divisions, and it’s the best thing next to pie. You used to be able to spy on the other divisions cause we didn’t have points or password-protected divs, but its virtually impossible now. The only way you know of the other divs’ activity is if you check out the Division café, or unless someone ratted out your password. No, of course I didn’t do such a thing :P. Then we have the contests, where our intelligence and humour is tested to the max. It also serves as a ‘bonding experience’ for each div, and also gives you a safe dose of competition.
New sections, new sections, new sections. There are so many! Creation and Finds, Digital Graphics..we get our fill with a variety of media ranging across different topics and genres. The possibilities of finding threads that catch your eye are endless. There’s always something for everyone, despite how cheesy that sounds. Haha, I could go on all day with the changes in CB but that would take up more than just one CBNL so here ends my rant. Through one year, so many changes have occurred and there will definitely be more to come. Even if I’m just that tiny part, I’m still happy to be called a member of CB. I’ve gained heaps of great friends and fun times, all things which I will cherish for a long time to come.

Member of the Month
Four months ago, we noticed an odd new thread in the General Lounge entitled 'MOTM #1'. On clicking it we were surprised to find that MOTM was an acronum, standing for 'Member of the Month', the first of which happened to be Sarteck. A month later it it was maximoose666 to win the esteemed title, then asian ,next was Sandal Hat,Finally it was Ai .
In order to know more about the MOTM we asked DragonBlade to tell us a little about this idea of his and where it originated. "Well, A2K - the infamous Smod - had provided some great suggestions for the forum and one of them was the MotM, so I decided to make use of his idea' .
The lucky Member is chosen by an admin or an S-mod for his/her contribution in the forums and for being known in them for his/her actions that improved the quality of CB. As DB explained it should basically be someone that stands out amongst the vast number of members on the forums.
As we go over the questions the MOTMs were asked in their interviews, they all seemed to cover a general scope of things like how they were introduced to CB, what the best part of CB is in their opinion and any improvements/suggestion they might have to make the forums better. And of course some other random questions were throw in so the MOTM wouldn't suspect being nomnated for the award!
Of course being MOTM doesn't mean that the title will only be yours for one month, you will also receive a gift from the admins , maybe even some reputation.
Sorry DB, guess we just blew your cover :p. Now you know that if you were suddenly asked some questions by an admin or a S-mod, you might be the chosen one .So hold thumbs , and do your best. You never know who migt be next!
So be sure to check The Lounge every 9th of the month to know who the new member of the month is. Maybe it could be you...

Are you as protected as you think?
“Aaaaargh not spyware again !!!” I bet you say this a lot :P. well, this time, I'll be reviewing some anti-spyware/adware programs out there.
In case you didn’t know: with spyware/adaware, an unprotected PC can go from a high-speed powerhouse to a sluggish mess in mere minutes.
Spyware is a type of program that watches what users do with their computer and then sends that information over the internet. Spyware can collect many different types of information about a user. More benign programs can attempt to track what types of websites a user visits and send this information to an advertisement agency. More malicious versions can try to record what a user types to try to intercept passwords or credit card numbers. Yet other versions simply launch popup advertisements.
Adware or advertising-supported software is any software package which automatically plays, displays, or downloads advertising material to a computer after the software is installed on it or while the application is being used.
Now the definitions are over, lets look at applications that protect/remove these “wares”.
The 1st one on my list has got to be “Lavasoft Adware Remover”. This program provides you with advanced protection against spyware that secretly attaches and takes control of your computer, resulting in aggressive advertising pop-ups, sluggish computer activity, even identify theft through stolen bank details, passwords, and credit card account numbers.
You can download it from this link http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10399602.html?tag=pdp_prod
Next on my list is Ashampoo Antispyware. Ashampoo AntiSpyWare protects you against more than 500,000 security threats. Ashampoo AntiSpyWare can monitor and protect your computer continuously. A small background program checks every suspicious file for potential hazards before it is opened, making it impossible for Trojans to install themselves on your computer.
You can download it from this link, NOTE this is a 40 day trial. http://www.download.com/Ashampoo-AntiSpyWare/3000-8022_4-10584667.html?tag=lst-0-5
Next comes an application made by those who brought us the ever useful “window washer”- Webroot. This program, called Webroot anti spyware detects and completely removes the nastiest spyware out there like Spy Lantern and Trojan-Downloader-LowZones. Spy Sweeper uses adaptive definition technology for detecting spyware mutations that haven't yet received a defense definition. Spy Sweeper's advanced removal engine deletes the toughest spyware programs in just one sweep.
You can download it from this link http://www.download.com/Webroot-Spy-Sweeper/3000-8022_4-10562248.html
I can go on and on and introduce a whole bunch of applications, but ill let you guys do that ;)….google “antispyware applications” or just PM if you need any help or advice on which program to use…
ill just end off by listing recommended programs:

RPG review
One thing that has made a miraculous change for the better in CB has been the RPG section in the forum. Some players that have left from the RP have said that when they returned things were different. But there are numerous updates on any developments in the RP that help keep players up to speed. The RPG is really a huge hit with a lot of people on the forum. Now I haven’t been a part of CB for long but I am almost certain that this is the best team that has been put together in along time to make something so great as the RPG that has been set up by this talented group of people.
They have just added Kidou-based Shikai abilities to the RPG. This RPG also has an arena for Renegade Shimigami, Hollows and Shinigami to test their skills in a controlled environment. They are also making a Grand Tournament. There is also a Tournament of Champions, which they are currently in the middle of. This tournament is a special kind of tournament that is only made in a case where the current champion of the tournament is not able to meet the standards for the Arena Champion.
There is a new combat system by the name of Combat Arts (CA), Advanced Combat Arts (ACA), Elite Combat Arts (ECA). There are 5 tiers that have advanced. Every Tier contains 4 levels. Tiers 1 and 2 have to deal with CA, which is based on skill and learning levels. After that is Tier 3-4, that is when the player uses ACA’S. Most ACA attacks are based form the CA attacks and they are blend of them. These attacks are somewhat a form of CA attacks but they do have a slight increase of power. When a player reaches Tier 5 they are able to use ECA attacks, which are the highest form of attacks that are available at the time. These attacks are also a blend of CA attacks but they are the most advanced with much higher power. This is one of the newest systems that players can’t wait to get their hands on.
There has also been a change in save system. This new system is called the Break Free System.
Of course every good thing has its flaws but these talented people are working hard to make sure that this RP is a success and they are making sure to work out all of the kinks so players can have a nice and easier time playing.
This RPG is also interested in the well-being and the thoughts of its fellow players. Always asking the players what modifications they think should be made. That is why this has made such a big success. Always asking the players what they want to happen and let them in on the development always gives the creator big brownie points with the players which makes them want to come back for more.
The GM staff is all so dedicated to the game and they work hard to see that everything is taken care of. They want to see this become a success. They have 1 all-time goal: To make this the best damn Bleach RP ever! This forum has seen a lot of change. Some change isn’t so good and some change is for the better, but I must say that this RP is one of the better changes in CB. Don’t be left out of the fun and take these words from Jaran: “Make a character and try out the game.”
Don’t be afraid if it’s to complicated because in the long run you’ll be doing yourself a big favor by getting in on this great RP!

Family Feud
~Annoyingly ominous room~
“I suppose your wondering why I called you both here” said Don Yoruichi_Sama of the Yoruichi family dressed almost completely in black with black sunglasses to match. The other two, Don Nichigosan of the Nicho family and Don Ai of the smallpenzoria family, both dressed in black suits with sunglasses nodded impatiently.
“I think we need to decide” continued Don Yoruichi_Sama, “Who the boss of CB’s underground is”
“That would be me” said Don Nichigosan and Don Ai together.
“Don Ai…a man with a hairstyle like yours” said Don Yoruichi_Sama pointing at Ai’s absurd hair, “Does not posses the right to be boss”
“I’ve got my reasons! At least I only did half of it that way!” replied Don Ai angrily continuing the argument about the hair which words cannot describe.
Don Yoruichi_Sama quickly snapped “What do you mean half?! Do you only have half your balls too?!”
“LET’S HAVE AN ALL OUT WAR!!!” Screamed Don Nichigosan before the strange argument could continue any further.
~Yoruichi family HQ 8:15pm~
“Obliterate them Kootjia” ordered Don Yoruichi_Sama
“Ill take Nichigosan’s life” replied Kootjia with enthusiasm.
~Nicho family HQ 8:20pm~
Kootjia lay dead at the feet of Don Nichigosan
~Smallpenzoria family HQ 8:21pm~
“Quick! Smash down the Yoruichi family while they are short handed” ordered Don Ai.
“Ill take Yoruichi_Sama’s life” replied Mikius.
~Yoruichi family HQ 8:26pm~
Mikius lay dead at the feet of Don Yoruichi_Sama
~Nicho family HQ 8:28pm~
“Know your enemy well…now go Sanzora” ordered Don Nichigosan.
“Ill take Ai’s life” replied Sanzora.
~Smallpenzoria family 8:31pm~
Don Ai heard someone knocking his door. Forgetting the whole war thing he opened it graciously. Sanzora, wearing a very revealing dress, stepped in. Ai’s eyes turned into hearts and his head exploded.
Smallpenzoria family eliminated.
“Now wheres that vault” asked Sanzora, answering her own question by finding the vault. She shot the lock and opened it. Over one hundred very thick piles of money stared her in the face. Sanzora’s eyes turned into hearts and her head exploded.
~Nicho family HQ 8:33pm~
“Oh well…at least she took out Ai. Shikamaria you go and take Yoruichi_Sama’s life” Ordered Don Nichigosan.
“No…I’m not interested” replied Shikamaria as she pulled out her gun and took a shot at Nichigosan. Don Nichigosan fell to the floor revealing a gun in his hand. Shikamaria smiled and fell to the ground dead.
Nicho family eliminated.
~Yoruichi family HQ 8:34pm~
“Mwahahahahahahahahahahahaha I WIN!!!” Yelled Don Yoruichi_Sama in delight.
~Elsewhere~
“I WIN!!!” yelled Yoruichi_Sama, waking herself up from a deep sleep. The rest of the students looked at her strangely.
“That’s…wonderful” said the teacher. “Now continuing on…”

Anime Review
xXxHolic
http://img518.imageshack.us/img518/8977/xxxholichc0.png (http://imageshack.us)
Title :XXXHOLiC
Japanese Title :xxxHOLiC
Official Site: http://www.tbs.co.jp/holic/
Genres: Fantasy
Year Published :2006
Studio Production :I.G
No i'm not talking about a Triple X rated hentai, even though I will admit the picture may seem yo indicate something in this direction... XxXHolic is actually about a school-boy named Kimihiro Watanuki.. Watanuki is special in the fact that he can see and be affected by the otherworldly spirits who seem to find him very "Pleasable" to be around. As you can imagine, this can make his life a living misery and they are a constance annoyance to him.
One day whilst walking home from school and constantlu being bugged and annoyed by these "Spirits", Watanuki is mobbed by a hoard of them. Fighting to get out of the situation he manages to make it to one side of the road, where he grasps a fence to pull himself up only to find that all the "Spirits" vanish.
Beoming curious about why they left, Watanuki steps inside the property where he encountered them to get a better look. As soon as he decides to go no further and turns around to walk away some mysterious force grabs ahold of him and pulls him further inside despite his best efforts to escape. On entering the door he is greeted by two females. They say to him that the master has been expecting him and request that he follow them.
He ends up in a room where a lady lounges on a chair dressed in very formal japanes attire. She asks what he wants, adding that she knows of his problem with seeing spirits. She then proceeds to tell him that she is the type of person tat can grant any wish... for a certain price of course.
In the haste to rid himself the constant neusance of the spirits Watanuki asks her to help him unwittingly agreeing to whatever price she demands. Her price? That he work for her till he's worked off his debt at which point she'll grant his wish. Thus Watanuki becomes embroilled in the world of the arcane and mysterious where he helps her with her clients' wishes as well as finding out about their pasts and deeds.
One particularly interesting aspect of this series is "The "master": a lady called the Dimension Witch.
Some oter interesting things in the series:
This series also has a crossover with another series that features Lee and Sakura from card captor. Sakura and Lee ask the Witch to help save sakuras life and the price is her memories of him....
The little black animal thing that bounces around all the time is actually the mate to the white one that is with Lee and Sakura and through them they can communicate as well as whatever one swallows the other has. Think of them as an advanced animalistic phone and teleporter.
The Dimension witch can drink a lot of sake and still stay seemingly sober.
In this world there are many strange things. However, no matter how strange or bizarre a sight is, if there is no one there, if there is noone to see it, if people are not involved, it is just a simple phenomenon. Just something happens. That is because in this world people are the strangest beings.

Hajime no Ippo
http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f75/redxmaverick/HajimenoIppo.jpg
Title: Hajime no Ippo
English: Fighting Spirit
Short: HnI, Ippo
Genre: Action, Comedy, Martial Arts, Sports
Type: TV Series
Episodes: 75 Year: 2000-2002 (04.10.2000 till 27.03.2002)
Companies: MADHOUSE, VAP
URL: http://www.vap.co.jp/ippo/
“What does it mean to be strong?”
Makunoichi Ippo, an ordinary high school student, searches for an answer to that question.
Ippo has always lived a life of hardship. Always being the target of bullies and spending most of his time away from school helping his mother run the family business, Ippo doesn’t get to live a life of enjoyment and fun in his teenager years like most others. One day Ippo finds himself in trouble with the bullies again. Ippo’s life is forever changed as a boxer named Takamura, who made short work of the bullies, saves him. Enticed by the notion of being strong, Ippo takes up the challenge to learn boxing. The coaches at a nearby gym are astonished by Ippo’s natural aptitude for the sport and begin training him for the future brutal battles up ahead. This could be the answer to his question… Boxing.
Hajime no Ippo (HnI) is one of the best sports animes out there to date. HnI is followed by fight after fight after fight and is frequently presenting humorous performances, leaving no room to let you catch your breath.
Ippo’s story is pretty much straightforward with no twists or turns. His interaction with his opponents and the presentation of his home life brings out feeling, character development throughout the show. Each of Ippo’s opponents is well presented in such a short amount of time showing their side of the story. This caring of both sides of boxing card is what draws you into the anime. Sometimes you don’t know whom to root for in the match. The fighter’s personalities greatly enhance the intensity of the matches, and viewers will actually care who wins.
Being sometimes hilarious, sometimes serious, HnI merges the two quite well along with a perfect running pace of the show. The tempo of the music keeps your blood running, getting you out of your chair cheering for your favored boxer.
Hajime no Ippo depicts the harsh road to becoming a boxing champion well, showing you how one devastating blow can shatter a boxer’s spirit and the pain it takes to reach that road. Also worth noting is the realistic depiction of the brutality of boxing. Character’s eyes swell shut and bodies bruises as fights progress. It’s hard not to cringe while watching them getting beaten to a pulp.
I was nervous that the ending would leave me feeling disappointed, as the series ends roughly halfway though the still-growing manga series, but the creators found a perfect stopping place and made it so one who has never read the manga would never even know they missed a thing!
Final words. Hajime no Ippo = must watch. You do not have to be a fan of boxing to love Ippo, but it just may turn you into one.

Movie Review
Step up
Starring: Jenna Dewan, Channing Tatum, Rachel Griffiths, Drew Sidora, Mario
Director: Anne Fletcher
Producer: Adam Shankman, Erik Feig, Jennifer Gibgot, Patrick Wachsberger
Studio: Touchstone Pictures
Rating: PG-13
Genre: Drama, Music and Romance
Duration: 98 minutes
Summary:
Everyone deserves a chance to follow their dreams, but some people only get one chance. Tyler Gage is a rebel from the wrong side of Baltimore’s tracks and the only thing that stands between him and an unfulfilled life are his dreams of one day making it out of there.
Nora is a privileged ballet dancer attending Baltimore’s ultra-elite Maryland School of the Arts. The only thing that that is standing in her way of her brilliant future is finding a great dance partner for her senior showcase.
When trouble with the law lands Tyler with a community service gig at Maryland School of the Arts, he arrives as an angry outsider, until his skills as a street dancer draws Nora’s attention. As sparks fly between them, both on and off stage, Tyler realizes that he has just this one performance to prove that he can step up to a life far larger than he ever imagined.
Review:
There have been numerous of movies which have revolved around dance, for example, Save the Last Dance, Honey, Take the Lead, but what makes Step up so different is how the concept of dance has been incorporated within the storyline.
In this movie, the dance provides hope for two entirely different people. Also, this movie isn’t just all about wicked dancing moves. Dance is a second chance for the man called Tyler, and is a long time dream for the woman, Nora.
When they cross paths, though both entirely different people, everything fits into place. Save the Last Dance was too dramatic, Honey was more for the girls, and Take the Lead was pretty much a dance version of Coach Carter. But then, what about Step Up? The movie was entirely original- dance is a part of life.
The movie all together was great, excellent cast, unbelievable dance moves, along with absolutely great music.
Overall rating: 4/5

Interview with Sumpffuchs
CBNL:its interview time =D
SumpfFuchs: kk
CBNL:First things first, How did you find out about club bleach?
SumpfFuchs: people were using those "you are XXXX sigs" from the main BP website character personality quiz at another forum I frequent
SumpfFuchs: followed the join club bleach link from the bp website
CBNL: Ah thank god for ads I suppose, Can you tell us anything about yourself?
SumpfFuchs: hm
SumpfFuchs:Im 17, from Colorado, born in Maryland, moved here when I was 2, I do a combination of work and studying for a GED during the day, and take college classes at night. I am not sure what I want to go into but it is probably going to be something to do with web design or surveying
SumpfFuchs: as for sports I paintball year around, and snowboard in the winter along with hunting in the fall
CBNL: Sound like your active. What's your favourite anime//show
SumpfFuchs:favourite anime//show... hm
SumpfFuchs: does the show have to be an anime?
CBNL:no, whatever show you like
SumpfFuchs: favourite anime would be either ghost in the shell or rahxephon, my favourite show is/was that show on the history channel where they would recreate the historical battles and then basically take apart each event in them and ect. I forget the name.
SumpfFuchs: they used the Rome total war game engine in it though, if that helps at all
CBNL:I bet, sounds awesome, too bad I missed it.
CBNL:Have a favourite food?
SumpfFuchs: either a Thai curry dish or stuff from those hole in the wall Mexican places, no specific dish though
CBNL: Since you have a chance to, would you like to pimp your website and tell us what it's about?
SumpfFuchs: The website I made, or rather started putting together probably a year and a half ago, and never really pursued putting it entirely together and online until late august of 05, pretty much the main page of it was made with the purpose of giving me a place to put all my wallpapers for download/viewing. Then there is of course the forums, after it was up for about two weeks I added in a image hosting script and now it also has a public pho
CBNL :You can visit his website at http://www.sumpffuchs.com/
CBNL: And finally, before anyone needs to ask, what is the origin of your name and what does it mean?
SumpfFuchs:I use to play the game Natural Selection a bunch under the name Fox, on one of the maps there was a swampy area of which I would hide in and ambush the marines from. After a while that earned me the nickname Swamp Fox. I used that name for a while especially while playing the game Rose Online during the open beta. After they reset I wanted a more unique name, but not a technically new name. So after playing around with some different trans.
CBNL:Thank you for your time, good luck with your website. =D
SumpfFuchs:no problem
Interviewed By MasterWordSmith
A2K's Interview:
CBNL:Whats your name?( in RL)
Roy.
CBNL:How old are you?
22
CBNL:describe your self in few words, please
Fun-loving, wild, serious to a fault if necessary, loyal to any true friend.
CBNL:What part of the world do you live in?
United Kingdom - England - West Yorkshire.
CBNL:Can you tell us a little about yourself?
Sports: I like the majority of sports, football, basketball, hockey. (street/ice/grass) etc. etc.
I'm a Manchester United football (That's soccer ^_~) supporter, and have been since a very young age. (10) I inherrited the fandom for the team from my Father.
Study: I passed eight G.C.S.E's during my school years, and then went onto college to study Art, English and Theatrical Studies. After college I studied many various courses at University; Law, Computing, Business Management.
Hobbies: Anything artistic, be it writing, drawing or drama. Whilst I do enjoy a literature style of writing I have in the past composed a somewhat large anthology of verse.
CBNL: Do you work? or are you a student? or possibly both?
During University I was both; working in a string of night clubs, which for a student in their prime is like handing a dog a bone. Excellent if you can maintain the lifestyle.
No longer a student, however I do still study a Business Management course in my own time.
CBNL: So what type of things do you do in your spare time?
Usually, relax with friends, play PS2, XBOX (360) etc. read, write, and the age old classic - I love to socialise. (A.K.A - going out for drinks to have a good time.) ^__^
CBNL:What made you choose the username, A2k?
It was initially a friend of mine that branded me with the tag. In highschool, I was known for being a perfectionist with such things like my art work etc.
Having labelled me an "Ace" during Christmas of 1999, whereby nothing other than my expected result, was good enough to satisfy my requirements, I allocated myself a calling tag which I have used as a reminder of the friends I had during my time in school.
Ace 2000 was not only corny but sounded horrible too, and as such I aquired a shorthand version of the very same name. A(ce)2k(2000)
CBNL:Any current love interest?
Not currently. My past relationship was a very serious one, that held discussion of marriage, mortgage and children in the future. Something of this magnitude is never easilly forgotten, but ever so easilly overcome.
CBNL:How did you get started on Clubbleach?
My younger brother actually introduced me to Bleach, and with my interest of the anime brought my hunt for somewhere to discuss it - ClubBleach was as good a place as any.
CBNL:What are your favorite parts of CB?
Currently I'd say the RPG section; it has a lot to offer in diversity, challenge and it holds a lot of potential for CB user integration.
CBNL:Watch/read any anime/manga?
Read all of the Bleach manga, and up to the current anime episode.
I've read Kubo Tite's predecessor to Bleach, some manga that I forget the name of.
I've watched a lot of anime in my time, although my list probably seems small to some anime junkies. ^__^
CBNL: Do you have any particular favorites?
Aside from Bleach...I guess Spiral was an excellent anime for stimulating the mind. Something with a bit more action and excitement to it...possibly s-CRY-eD or something old like 3x3 Eyes, Ghost in the Shell S.A.C. (outstanding plotline, very complex)
CBNL:Whats one of the most embarrassing moments in your life?
hmm, I think perhaps this question needs more than a PG 13 rating. ^_^
I don't think I can answer without being crude or making sexual referrences...in a relative amount of detail. =P
CBNL:and the funniest?
I once saw a grown man throw a hissy fit over an electrical item not working, before he realised he held the plug in his hand. o_O
CBNL: Do you have a philosophy in life?
Yeah, every day we're dying, we are given a short amount of time in this life, do whatever the F**k makes you happy. Live your life to the max, don't live someone elses - No regrets...ever!
CBNL:Any final words or comments you'd like to make?
One day the world will be overrun by Salmon.

Interview with Alienor:
CBNL:your name or nick in (RL)?
Alienor:Name: Elisabeth, nicknames Liz, Barbarian, or Ale, because of my username.
CBNL: What country are you from?
Alienor:France, lyon! We have teh best football team in france! Won the championship five times in a row (first team ever to achieve it), and we're going towards a sixth).
CBNL: How old are you?
Alienor:19... though I doubt I seem to be that old... most of the people on this forum are probably more mature than me...
CBNL: What was your first Bleach encounter?
Alienor: I was bored, lost somewhere in the middle of France int he massif central... Now massif central is equal distance to any interesting place in France... which means far from all... So the first chance I had to get to a small town, I went to a bookshop in search for something good to read... The shopkeeper showed me three... and I chose Bleach because the sentence on the fisrt page was awesome.
CBNL: How many times have you watched Bleach?
any Favourite Episode?
Alienor:I watched most once or twice, but I'm currently on episode 83... My fave episodes I've watched over and over again... my real favourite... That would have to be the two episodes with the Ichimaru/Hitsugaya fight... The one where Histugaya gets mad and the one with the real fight.
.
CBNL: How did you discover CB?
Alienor:I was looking for info on bleach, so I found bleach portal, and after a month or so, I discovered there was a forum...^^'
CBNL: How long have you been a member?
Alienor: Er... two weeks or so,two weeks and a half, I think...
CBNL: Do you visit the site often?
Alienor:Every day or nearly.
CBNL: Do you have any particular Forum/Section that you are fond of? If yes, why?
Alienor: I like the Bleach General talk... and the debates, but though I read most of them, I only answer to the ones where I have an opinion... but not a too strong one, because I don't want to be too argumentative...
.
CBNL: So what other anime do you enjoy? Any Genre/Series in particular?
Alienor:I love Cowboy Bebop, and I like GetBackers. Otherwise, the miyasaki movies, if they count. I also really love SDK manga, but the anime is crap in my opinion... I only keep watching it to hear the voices...
CBNL: What do you like most about CB?
Alienor:It's active, and there really is discussion about bleach... I used to be on a fan forum for a writer, and most of the time, I just ended in the random and debates forums, because no one posted into the books discussion forums anymore...
CBNL: If you had the power, what would you change?
Alienor:In the site or real life? In real life, I'd change the system for entering medecine, and I'd put much more practical practise in biology... just love the labs... In the site, I'd add more different ranks, so we'd change more often.
CBNL: Any complaints about the site?
Alienor:Not really? I like it. Of course, I'm a newbie, so I might have some complaitns later, but for the moment, I don't see the point in inventing one.
CBNL: Would you recommend Club Bleach to someone else?
Alienor: Yeah, I sure would... problem... all my friends who are fellow bleach fans are french and don't speak english...
CBNL: Tell us a bit more about you hobbies outside of CB?
Alienor:I do kendo and Iaido, climbing, I'm gonna start archery next week... I draw (mostly fan art, but I'm starting to design the characdters from the novel I'm writing to put them into a manga), writing, singing... And I do some extra cellular biology research from time to time, because I love it... call me wierd...^^'
CBNL: Anything else you’d like to say?
Alienor:Go hitsugaya, Matsumoto, Ichimaru, Ishida, Hanataro and Ukitake!

The Debates Section
Yes..Thats right, The debates section. The area of ClubBleach where the intelligent and those that consider themselves somewhat intelligent can gather and discuss the finer points of genocide and other interesting topics.
So where is this section you may ask? Well...
http://www.sumpffuchs.com/img/getimg/deb.PNG
Now if you actually had to look at this picture to find the Debates section then please for the sake of all that is holy and unholy don't go in there since you'll probably be even more lost than you already are.
But moving on... Once inside the debates section you can immediately see why the elite of the intelligent come here to discuss the multitude of topics that you can find straight away such as:
Should they legalize weed?
Chinese Organ Harvesting
Is eating meat immoral?
and my personal Favorite:
Should pornography be banned?
But leaving those somewhat humerous discussions aside, there are plenty of serious discussions going on like:
Does God Exist?
Posted by Hanzel2m on the 04-30-2006, it posed the simple question of whether god exists or not...So far it is still going strong as one of the main discussions debated about in the section with nigh on 955 replies, and it will probably continue on into the thousand replies status.
But why should you debate these topics? Some of them (one must admit) are pretty one sided and are going to be instantly agreed upon. You would say such as 'Do video games cause violence/crime?'
But you would be wrong. So far the ClubBleach community has shown that they hold a wide range of opinions and thoughts on matters, and they also these amazing discussions head on.
If you're somewhat new to the whole debating idea on the web. Have no fear since there is a section that deals with informal debates too. It is in this place that you will find the topics that are silly and insane and which you can use to train yourself to step up to the more advanced topics in the main section if you feel like it.
But hold on! What if you don't like debating by yourself? You perfer back-up. Well theres a section for you people too. The team debates area within the debating section is a place which has recently fallen into a bit of disuse due to teams not turning up for debates or team mates no longer being active in the forum and thus letting their team down. So you might ask yourself why you should go in there. Well there are still some dedicated people who would love to have a debate against another team so head on in and find out whats going on for yourself! It'll be worth it.
A suggestion to the mods of the debating section would be that they kill all the current teams and restart the whole thing as i'm sure there are many people that would like to do team debates and yet are daunted by the amount of inactive teams currently in there.
So, in conclussion if you feel the need to get your brain working and you want to show others your intellect as well as show off, head on into the debates forums, follow the rules and post to your hearts content on the matters which you think are extremely important in today's society. Who knows? You might be the next person to create a thread which will make it to one thousand replies and sticks around for half a year in discusion ;)

Byakuya vs. Gaara
This is a thread in the battle section which has received many replies as of late. As far as battle threads go this one seems to be a bit more sensible with actual reasoning behind comments. However the fact that it has received so many replies for both parties and has not been closed for being a purely one sided match is disturbing.
I think Gaara would win. He has the sand armor and he can transform into the sand racoon thing. Also, I haven't seen Byakuya standing on the blades, so Gaara could just attack from underneath. If they could move, Byakuya would definitely win.
^^ This is one of the many things said in favor of Gaara. The problem with this comment lies in the fact that:
1. Byakuya can fly (As can everyone in Bleach these days =/) so attacks from below are useless.
2. Byakuya does not need to move to win. He can control his petals by thought while standing still Gaara cannot control the sand at all.
Similar things to this have been posted all with the same flaws. The fanboyishness in this thread is quite astounding.
Byakuya would win instantly, if he got to move. This is kinda how it would go:
1) Byakuya scatters senbon zakura, Gaara uses sand to attack
2) Byakuya uses petals to block sand
3) Byakuya uses senbon zakura kageyoshi. Shunpos behind Gaara, and kills Gaara with the petals
4) Gaara dies
Yea, and that's about it....
^^ It appears that common sense does exist in this thread. The only two words really needed are Byakuya and Shunpo. The Shunpo movement is like nothing the Narutoverse has ever seen.
Then again we have useless comments like:
It's a tie of course.
Which tend to be useless and just an easy way of increasing ones post count.
Even being completely one sided; this thread does provide some proper argument for both sides. However threads like this need to start being moderated more. Threads with obvious winners should be locked by moderators who know better. The battle arena as a whole should be monitored a bit more closely for the people who just say things like “Byakuya wins because he’s cool” because it is simply spam.
I have PMed both mods of the anime/manga sections with some ideas for rules in the anime arena. Recently these have been put into practice but to little avail. The problem lies in the fact that members posting here are not reading the new rules in the sticky. Furthur problems arise when these rules are not enforced or have attention called to them. Now Ive been told by a certain Fuku Taichou of a certain 9th division that Tofu is rather "lazy" in her modding duties. RedXMaverick is still new to the scene and must settle in. Also theres the fact that they probably have some sort of lives.
This makes things exceptionally difficult and tiresome for me to keep explaining the same basic point and to try and stop the spam flow. However I will keep fighting, as Ive noticed that after Ive replied to a post that the poster is usually subdued. What is difficult is the sheer number of people who post for an obviously losing side with nothing constructive to add. Its spam pure and simple. If these people cant be stopped then it might be a better idea to simply disable post count in the anime arena.
I have a dream. That one day someone will rise up, take control of this section and have it live up to its name of "Anime Arena". Not "The Slaughter House" or "The get your post count up quick section."
I have a dream. That one day threads such as "Byakuya vs. Gaara" will be closed almost as soon as they are made.
I have a dream. That one day people will have enough common sense to read the rules and not make them in the first place.
And Im doing everything I can to make these dreams a reality.

CBNL: Seto, can you tell us a little about you?
Seto:Kay ^^.
My name is Sander and I’m 19 years old. I live in The Netherlands (Europe).
Here you can see my house (it’s from google earth, bad quality :P):
http://img122.imageshack.us/img122/7475/huisjuhqk3.png
(‘’tuin’’ = garden and ‘’hier zit ik nu (zolder)’’ = I’m now sitting here (loft) ).
Weird huh? xD
I’m a student at the university of Utrecht.
Ehhhm, I like: playing games, internet (forums, msn etc.), do fun stuff with my friends, sport like judo, watching anime (Bleach, D.N.Angel, Beck, Dragonball) and of course designing http://img134.imageshack.us/img134/543/dancebyrandomcharacteruy9.gif.
CBNL:When did you start making gfx, and the like?
Seto:I started in summer 2004.
CBNL:And what inspired you to start?
Seto:Because of a member (her nickname here on CB is ‘‘aggron’’).
I love her work and I wanted to do the same thing.
CBNL: Do you have a favorite style?
Seto:Actually… No (I don’t have only 1 style). My current style = filters, smugde and c4d. So… Maybe you could see that as my favorite style.
CBNL:What would you say is your most used tool/technique in PS?
Seto:Filters ;P.
CBNL:How many sigs would you say you've made?
Seto:Lol, you really want to know that?
I made 580+ designs. So… I don’t really know how much, but more then 200/300 I guess ^^’’.
CBNL: Of all your work, which do you consider to be your best/favorite?
Seto: Well… Ehhmm… *thinks* I don’t have only 1 favorite, but I really like this one:
http://img118.imageshack.us/img118/1339/spacevectorlittlezz5.png
I love it because it gives me a good feeling ^^. It wasn’t easy to make btw.
CBNL:Any final words of advice you would like to give?
Seto: Yeah:
- Don’t give up.
- When you’re a newbie… Read tutorials (www.pixel2life.com (http://www.pixel2life.com/), www.greycobra.com (http://www.greycobra.com/), www.good-tutorials.com) (http://www.good-tutorials.com%29/).

Ask Stevie
Joe Black:
Steve, what is your favorite song / band and why? (I want to learn more about you... )
(already answerd song)
My favorite band is the Mr T Experience which should go without saying. Any band dedicated to Mr T is fine in my book
VampyreLord:
Okay Steve, in the last issue of CBNL you gave away the pea soup part, but nobody knows about the beanie baby part, right?
Nope, nor the part about the plaster of paris.
Dear Steve, is DragonBlade a real person?
Perhaps. "Cyborg" might be the better answer.
SLVR:
Is Florida State University football better than University of Miami football?
American football or soccor?
Chii_91:
what's the last movie you saw? do you like acting? and why are you a llama? why not a lion or dog?
I am a llama because I was born that way. The last movie I saw was The Notebook, and llamas don't act, they spit.
Harumoni:
Steve, how are we all so sure you're male, huh?
Stevie has the right equipment, so stevie is male. Q.E.D.
Yoruichi_sama:
lol..steve this Q I am going to ask is the result of your answers in the last NL: DO you touch yourself at night?
I have hooves. This would make things exceedingly difficult
soraman2412:
why llama??? do you like to spit?
Yes

Editorial :Club Bleach Year Book
Yes, Club Bleach forums are going to have their own year book just as bleach portal had their own yearbook a year ago and just as Bleach portal's IRC channel will have their own yearbook this year too.
This CB year book will contain the pictures of most of the members of CB. Well, those who submitted pictures to me of course or uploaded them in the Photo bucket album, Z _blitz created for us, or I was able to steal it from them :p.
The submittion of the pictures will be open until one month from now, any pictures submitted after that, I am afraid I might not be able to find a place for it because I am really hoping I will be able to finish the yearbook and host it for everyone to see on the start of the New Year.
So, if you haven't submitted already, what are you waiting for? Hurry up and send me your picture.

I don't use this place but i'm told its a system that works and if you give it a chance it can definatly give you another source of free anime.

Info: no banner for this one...A low style website that has a ton of info on the other side of the news that you recieve...
Basically a breeding ground for conspiratorists theorists to gather and share their thoughts on news items...
You should check it out it's kinda loony and fun to browse..also a good site to find info to post on forums..
