IMO, up until when Ikki meets sleeping forest in the tower, the AG story is on par with TT but then it drops. TT is arguably more badass too.

To all those manga readers... Is the manga as good as the anime was? Does the anime follow the manga storyline? And how many chapters are there so far?
Imo there is no comparison between the anime and the manga.
I could not stand watching the anime, personally. It didn't capture the whole "Spread your wings and fly" feeling that the manga did (if that makes sense) imo.
In the anime, most of the characters are already introduced at the beginning whereas in the manga it is a more natural pace. The choreography is better in the manga too.
I know people out there that love the anime but in my opinion the manga is far superior in every way. So you should check out the books ^^

Spitfire confirmed that Kazu would the next wielder of the Flame Regailia, gravity child or not. I don't think there's a need to show Kazu wings. Flames and wings don't mix unless someone thinks of Kazu as that of a phoenix.
