Joining

I have a quick question, if you want to join, do you have to wait for the current RPG to end, and wait for the next one to show up, or is this a long running thing that doesn't stop, and you just join whenever you have a character?
This is probably answered somewhere, but I couldn't find it.

Go into the character creation section, and make a character. Steal a template (name, age, etc. ) off of someone else's character, and put yours within the sub-forum for the side you wish to be on (preferably the evil side, we've got an over-abundance of high-level good people). After you're done, a GM will probably come and OK your character, and then you can hop right in and play.
