My first AMV (Bleach)

I've just started using Windows Movie Maker and decided to make a short Bleach AMV.

It's not too great so please tell me what i can do to improve so the second one i made can be a vast improvement.

Ok, 0:14, 0:29, 0:55, 1:01, 1:15, 1:25. video must change when the music changes.

It was quite okay. ^^ What disturbed me though, aside from teh timing already mentioned, was that there were subs visible.

That was a pretty decent video for your first one. And i'm thinking the best way to get subs out is to download the RAW version. On a sidenote though, not many ppl tend to worry about subs. Sometimes depending on the AMV it actually adds some flavour to it.

True, but for the most part, it adds clutter. Especially when viewing the opening/ending scenes. And dl'ing the raw versions is the only way to get out subs.. that is if you're using windows movie maker.

From my observations:

Needs a more capturing ending. The abrupt stop was.. well.. abrupt.

Timing as Vlad said.

The music for me just didn't capture the essence of bleach. It was too giddish for the action sequences you included.

And naturally, more eps. But this, like you said, was a 'quicky'.. so this one doesn't count.. xPPP.

Also, there is an AMV section in the 'Lens' section. You might get better feedback there.. i dunno.

Other than that. Not bad for just throwing it together. Look forward to witnessing your vast improvement on your next amv.. XD.

EDIT: oh, and i'm not speaking from a professional point of view, i'm only speaking my preference... xP.

Yes, the timing was a bit off, Also try using action seens when the music gets "pumpin" haha, And then like when it said, "fighting pose" I would have showed ichigoes hallow, Zangetsu, Uharura, and then some girls like yourichi... But very good! Im gonna try making one soon. =]
