I realized how he's going to making his stupid wind technique.

It's the same way he makes his reasagan. One shadow clone will spin the reasagan one way while he spins it the opposite way.

Only this time, he'll be making his reasagan while his clone will add in the wind element.

Can't they think of anything more creative rather than using the same thing over...

yeah, they make naruto totally lame, after using the rasengan for the past 3 years, he STILL can't use it with just one hand. and he's the main character for gosh sake. the faithful anime watchers must've suffered at least mild mental damage seeing him do this over and over and over gain in that one year of fillers.
