I beleive in an afterlife and that what we do in life determines the one we will have after. The ghosts/spirits thing i think may be real as demonic or holy entities, not as disturbed souls trapped on earth..

I'm sure there is an afterlife.
I can't see us being here for nothing (which is why I have my theory in the other topic you recently made).
I would explain ghosts as souls not yet ready to leave. Souls that maybe did something fairly bad ,souls that are to attached to this world(their bonds to strong to certain people or to the world in general) to let go or maybe they are in a fit of rage for being cheated or killed wrongly and feel they must first make peace with the world before leaving.There could be many reasons there are ghosts(probably limitless reasons) but I am sure there are ghosts(ghosts meaning something that is there but can't be seen. Not nessesarily souls sometimes). Maybe they are just people watching over us(tho I can't see them as all being people watching over us because there are alot of eye witness accounts where there have been bad ghosts or restless ghosts)
Again this is all just theory we never really know until the end :)

but my aunt and uncle swears her house is haunted, they even moved out for a day to get it exorcised (sp?)

afterlife yes, ghost no, a christian cant believe in ghosts since they are contrary to biblical doctrine plus i have never seen one :P

Afterlife I'll believe.... and the ghost thing, ya I believe that too, though what my take on it is I'm not sure. But my moms friend has seen one so.. I'm gonna take her word for it.

a ghost is a human spirit left on earth after they die, the bible says that as soon as you die you are in front of god for judgment and than heaven or hell

i don't believe in god but it's kinda sad to say there is nothing after life.........
if so..life will be just meaning less , it's kinda weird in the world like this , where with science u can see that everything is under low of causality that the only thing who have no meaning is life
