Shinigami Division Placement.

I started wondering about this recently, how do you think rookie shinigami have their division chosen? Do you think that the its like a first come, first serve deal with each division attempting to get the best graduates to go to that division, or do you think they have some sort of draft system?

And if it is a draft, how do you think order would be determined? Would it be based on standings in the Shinigami Summer Softball League?

i guees they would send u to the division that ur most suited for EX: healer>fighters go to 4th divisoin
