Kon's neglection is the filler arc

Hi, do u feel that Kon has not been shown often in the bounto arc, they stopped showing him after he was chased by some shinigami(i think so).

They have almost killed all bauntos and probably want to end the fillers, Kon would just take unnecessary screen time and I think that's why they don't show him.

Maybe the animators ARE really that lousy and totally forgot about what to do to Kon. =/

They probably don't know what to do with Kon so they just didn't include him but I bet he will appear again near the end of the Bount Arc as if nothing happened to him... I also noticed that Orihime and Rukia haven't appeared in a long time, like with Kon they will probably appear again near the end of the Bount Arc as if nothing happened lol

Did you see kon in the soul society arc when they were in soul society? It shouldnt be of a big surprise :/ Kon was meant to be kept in shinigami cup golden.

Kon was created with the only purpose to bring a little comedy to the anime.
showing him at this time would be unecessary and let me say it: a waste of time screen. just as simple as that.
but i'm not saying we should take him off the show.

I actually would prefer the filler mod souls over Kon....Kon and his humor is getting old...least Nova, Ririn, and Cloud can mix it up a bit. (Nova being my favorite)

Oh well, I'm sure we'll probably see a kon filler episode soon sadly. :(

He is unnessicary at the time and has never served much of a purpose except as Ichigo's replacement soul once or twice when needed.

The filler-people just sorta put him in a situation where he wouldn't leave and no further explaination of his situation would be needed.

I think Kon is awesome... well, if he wasnt such a lech and actually retained some of the depth of character he displayed in his first two eps I'd like him even more, and I'd like to think others would like him too...

As it stands yeah theres really not too much point to Kon, he's just humour, and with 3 other Mod Souls providing that (Nova is awesome, i agree... shame he's gonna get killed off or shoved somewhere else) to an extent, and having more to do with the current arc it makes sense to sideline him (why he's even with them in Soul Society this time is still a mystery to me).
