If I'm not mistaken Spring starts in late February in Japan and therefore we should have Part 2 around that time.

cool whilst it does suck that we have to wait it does make sense as 20 weeks is when it will be time for a new op song etc and this was always a given that the second part would start with a new song, also the current song is the first real evidence that the second half is near.
not sure if this is good or bad news but atleast it's some news.

I thought the fillers would end any time soon but for months seems to long... I really didn't continue watching the fillers anymore because I felt that it totally ruined the anime although I'd watch naruto again once they get back to the main plot (part 2).

It is also being re-named to "Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles". Probably a refference to Naruto's wind natured ability in the manga.
