My first complete manga collection is Slam Dunk by Takehiko Inoue. Read it so many times and is one of my fav. One can see how his style of drawing improves towards the end of the story. So i'll say Takehiko Inoue's my fav. :D

Read Vagabond up till vol. 10 (which i borrowed from my friend) but the publication of the manga stopped or sumthing idk so im stuck at vol 10 :sad

My Favorit mangas aswell as animes... just wondering how long will the Ginga serie be... atm its:

1 Volumes of Ginga Densetus Riki
18 Volumes of Ginga Nagaeboshi Gin
43 Volumes of Ginga Densetsu Weed(and counting)

It is 3 series, but still they are also the same serie.(Riki & Gin are easily among my favorit characters(no doubt they are the perfect Generals in my eyes)


Eksample:


An Enemy kills one of Gin's scouts, knowing it will anger Gin...
He then asemble 400 troops to fight Gin(Who controle more then 2000 Elite troops)
Gin Shows up with 1 ally= 2 VS 400(and this is a way more realistic manga then most)
The leader of the Enemy army, lose his temper over the humilliation and attacks Gin 1V1...
Gin easily dodges the attacks and with 1 hit he break the skull of the opponent, and starts walking away... the 400 other dogs just stand there watching not daring to attack:toocool:

So he got his revenge & shattered the enemy with min amount of death...
That my friends is how a good leader is:toocool:

If you don't agree then perhaps Weed(Gin's son) might be a better leader in your eyes. He's doing all he can not to kill anyone(Even if they repetetly trys to kill him

hahahaha, honestly, he needs to be an anime artist, nto a drawer, and pick a good project to work on, maybe like how Takeshi Obata worked ont he art in Death Note, and had only minor influences ont he storytelling.

I feel like I am one of few, but I cant stand Kubo Tite's manga style. Escpecially during the Hueco Mundo arc.

Personally, I like the art of Takehiko Inoue (Vagabond), Yang Kyung-Il (Shin Angyo Onshi), and Oku Hiroya (Gantz). They pay attention to details and have excellent drawing styles. Although I know that Gantz is heavily computer enhanced, I still enjoy the atmosphere of the style.
