Pole Vault anybody?

Now i know what your gonna say "Pole vault is part of track!"
Well yes, and no. though it is in the sport of track and field, I Personally and i know many vaulters feel that it should be its own sport. It really is unique to the Track anf Field world, there is no other event like it.

Therefore i want to know if there are any fellow vaulters out here on ClubBleach!

Feel free to discuss/debate whether it is really its own type of sport.

ahh yea im a pole vaulter, for 3yrs on my highschool track team and if my college wasnt an art school and has a team i would still be doing it today... i loved that sport. man it could be wicked to you though... off days sucked ... my PR in practice was 12'-6" and in comp was 12'-0"... wish i woulda started earllier and been like those 15' highschoolers... ridiculous!!
