He gets irritated with Matsumoto for not treating her like a captain and always bring up her boobs subject. People may think that he goes well with Matsumoto because of that interaction, but I think he might like Orihime. Orihime always treat people respectfully and I don't think Orihime would make fun of his shortyness (like what Momo did). Besides, he might like Orihime because she isn't the one girl who likes to flash her boobs proudly.
