Gotei 13 Rules:
Since the Gotei 13 and Central 46 were established, an academy was also created to help screen through the potential candidates. This is the competition to see who is worthy of becoming a member of the Gotei 13. Your actions shall prove your worth, so remember that from here on out, you are being graded.

Divisions:
- 13 Gotei Divisions: 1-13
- VEQ Teams: Vizard, Quincy, Espada

Limitations:
- 1 Captain, 1 VC, and 3 Seats + A certain number of normal members.
- Its the Captain choice to recruit the person and send them to the academy.
- The Member may requests to join here (http://forums.bleachportal.net/faq.php?faq=gotei_joining_reqs).
- Captain has almost full control on his/her division. For Example, assigning Seat Ranks in terms of Competition etc.

Central 46:
Only a select few can become a member here, They basically manage the project and ensure that everything is being kept coshure. They also have the direct authority over everyone and all the systems within the project.

Rules:
- Not All Members are required to participate in the upcoming contests but its recommended so you can help out your division!
- All divisions/Teams are required to participate in upcoming projects and failure to do so will result in lack of ladder points as well as team/div wide punishment.
- If you are somehow kicked/removed from a division, you cannot rejoin until 2 week period has expired.
- Captains must notify Any Central 46 Members if they are Kicking/Removing a member for a reason aka Communication's Thread.
- To Transfer/trade, both Captains must agree.
- You Cannot Transfer Again for another 1 month.
- Post Count does not matter now but usually 150 is the general rule.
- 1 Month rule is not required now but most likely Captain will check your current posts to see if you are worthy of recruiting.
- You Can only post in your own division section.
- Captain's must post a Member list under here (http://forums.bleachportal.net/forumdisplay.php?f=326).
- If a person leaves a division and wants to rejoin a division they are allowed to without going through the academy as long as it hasn't been a month since they left the divisional system, Any member who has been inactive for more then a month will be required to go back through the academy.
- Failure to comply with any of the Club Bleach and/or Gotei 13 rules may result in being demoted from the Gotei 13 and permanently returned to regular member. Should a Gotei 13 member be permanently banned for any reason, they will be stripped of any association to their division and the Gotei as well as be permanently banned from Club Bleach.

With this, we kick off the start of the first official run of the Bleach Project Divisional Ladder. I hope everyone will have a good time.

The basic idea of the Ladder remains unchanged from the previous version. However, divisional sponsored projects will account for roughly 50% of the point accumulation.

1st Place in a contest earns your group 100 Div-ladder Points
2nd Place: 90 Points
3rd Place: 80 Points
4th Place: 70 Points
5th Place: 60 Points
Divisions who pass: 50 Points
Divisions who fail: 0 Points

We will try to consistently release 1 contest every two weeks, resulting in a monthly maximum earning of 200 ladder points. Divisional projects will be evaluated monthly, with monthly maximum earning of 200 ladder points.

A given run will end when a division reaches 1000 ladder points. The top 3 divisions at the end of a run will be awarded with permanent prizes (pretty much they get whatever they want as long as it's reasonable), and they will also be recorded in history (a thread that shows the winning divisions and their member list; they also get userbars/groups that boasts their achievements). The top division gets immunity from attacks via "Gold".

During a run, the current top 3 divisions on the ladder also get userbars/groups that show their current standing. While they hold this standing, they are awarded with perks such as 150x250 avatars. The bottom 3 divisions are punished by decreasing to 120x120 avatars and minimal sig space (aka turned into leechers).

Contests:
Are to be held every other week. We will put the focus on making them as fun and interesting as possible. Divisions that receive a failing score on a contest are immediately punished by a decrease to 120x120 avatars and minimal sig space (aka turned into leechers). The punishment will be lifted the next time the division receives a passing score. Failing scores will be decided by the contest host, and they will vary depending on difficulty and other factors.

Outside of ladder point rewards, contests also reward "Gold". "Gold" is meant to be used for fun and only fun. Purchasable items are here (http://forums.bleachportal.net/showthread.php?t=59058)

Contest Gold Rewards:
1st place: 100 gold
2nd place: 75 gold
3rd place: 50 gold
Divisions who pass: 25 gold
Fail: 0 gold

We will privately keep track of a division's "Gold", and the purchasing division of an item is not to be revealed unless they ask to. This will hopefully allow for more fun, and less bad blood and baggage. Also, the items purchasable via “Gold” is subject to change depending on how things work out.

Divisional projects:
Each division is to set up and run a project within the forums. They will decide what they want to do, and they will have full control over their project. However, the projects must be appropriate, and signed off by C46 before launch. We will make monthly evaluations on each project, and score them based on effort and success. Divisional projects also reward "Gold", proportional to contest rewards x 2. We will create a thread in each of your division forums for your Divisional project to constantly interact with you guys and provide necessary services. More information regarding Divisional projects will be provided.
