So, what did everyone think?

I thought it was okay. Still getting used to the dub voices, though.

Orihime didn's sound so good in this episode to me... and that Hollow's voice was just terrible. Oh well, everything else was cool.

Hollows voice was horrible and Orihime's was too soft. Some how this episode gives me the feeling Tatsuki is gay even though she's not.
"Don't cry Orihime..." Bla bla bla Orihime.

I thought this episode was okay. Orihime kind of annoyed me in the beginning but that was pretty much it. I was glad to see that they portrayed Chizuru more like she's portrayed in the japanese version, especially after they seemed to portray her more as an overbearing best friend in episode 11. I'm kinda disappointed that Ichigo calls Ishida by his given name, Uryu, rather than surname. But I get the feeling that could change, especially after Ishida refered to Ichigo as Kurosaki at the end of the episode.

EDIT: In case people missed episode 13, I uploaded it onto youtube. Here are the links:

If the links don't work, try again later. They're probably still being processed.

Chizuru is more of a lesbian in this episode, but not like the original. Tatsuki, however, could be a closet lesbian if you go by this dub.

Anyway, this episode isn't the best, but it is still the beginning and the more interesting characters had yet to appear.

I wonder what happened to the Hollow when she destroyed her. The same could be said about Sado. Since they are neither Shinigami or Quincy (I think), they cannot send souls back to the Soul Society. Makes ya wonder if they are doing more harm than help, no?

Thats a good point just like quincy kill hollows but what would you call inoue and chad i mean there human but they're special like they have quincy and bounto but what are they called besides human

Well, they're just human with special powers... unless something gets revealed in future eps or in the manga regarding their heritage and two new kinds of races \ clans they're just two humans who's accumulated spirit energy has manifested itself in different ways than normal. They absorbed \ were exposed to Ichigo's huge spirit power (which he had from even before Rukia made him a Shinigami) and it built up in them leading to their new powers... you can see this effect is building up within Tatsuki and Karin \ Yuzu (though thats negligible if you consider the Kurosaki family).

the dubbed version of bleach is actually alright compared to all the other animes that have been dubbed.

I still prefer watching subbed anime tho :)
