What kind of plan are you on at the moment if you don't mind me asking?
I'm using the 20 GIG plan, I get 40 GIGs at 12AM which equates to 60 GIG total.

Shaw High Speed Internet, the fastest one.
100 gigs a month
10 mbs download(though since i always go above my bandwidth limit i don't think their giving me the full 10 mbs cause it just doesn't seem as fast anymore.
Linkline
Whoops, I should give details.
I'm from SoCal.
My contract was 10 dollars for first 3 months, then 15 dollars the rest of the year.
1.5 mbps down/768 kbit up
Unlimited Bandwidth.
Not really Dynamic. Resetting modem doesnt give me a new IP, probably have to change MAC Address.
Very good Customer Service.
Nice DB what area's does it cover? i may have to get it haha

Yea the unlimited bandwidth would be really good for me cause im always going over, though the speed is a little on the slow side, but i suppose i would just keep my comp on MORE than it already is.
though i live in canada so i prob can't get it.
No idea. www.linkline.com
Prices went up abit. Its a constant 15 dollars now. 1.5 mbit is enough for me, dunno about you. unlimited bandwidth is a big +.
Another good ISP is SBC yahoo/AT&T. I *believe* it has unlimited bandwidth. I used their service before AT&T merged and it was great except terrible customer service xD.

"SBC Yahoo DSL"? or its called... AT&T now since they emrged or seomthing...
3.0 mbps/563 kbitup... unlimited ^^
Above average costumer service
@Dragonblade: the secret to good customer service is when u call in ^^ early in the morning pacific/central time tend to have reps that know what they are doing

i live in the uk and am with virgin.
there are four of us and we have 8meg unlimited downloads/bandwidth.
however we recently got a letter saying we were having "excessive use" as me and 1 other mate both download loads of anime etc so were dowloading for about 6 people.
still tough luck for the company they did say unlimited lol.

damn DB u got one great deal... 15 bucks a month is what some dialup services charge you...
I pay 25 bucks a month for Telus DSL, with around 1.5mbps and 30GB bandwidth.
However, they say they'd charge you if you go over the bandwidth limit, but I've gone over the limit every month, and still haven't gotten charged extra yet.

was useing Telus ADSL had unlimited BWdth but long story short switched to Shaw Cable
4MB/s Down 1.5MB/s up not sure about the bandwidth limit since i've yet to recieve the second bill :S
and i'm still on the deal part of the contract so it'll be half price for next 5 months.
@ dragonblade I was also happy with unlimited and 1.5MB/s down till i started useing 4+MB/s it really is like night and day as far as bit torrents are concerned what used to take 30 minutes is done in about 5 since it only uses a percentage of the total allowed what was average 156kb/s now happens at up to 550kb/s- average 380kb/s with multiple BTs

If we're talking about internet plan specs, here is mine:
I'm using Optus Cable Internet, I get 20 GIGs during the day, an extra 40 GIGs at night time, which pretty much equates to 60 GIGS a month. If I use it up, I'll get capped with dial up speeds, which is shit. I wish I had unlimited bandwidth, but 60 GIGS is a lot.
I'm on a 9MB plan, but the max speed I can get is 1.5MB. Probably my modem or my onboard LAN is slow, I don't know.

Wow. your's is better than mine. I'm assuming it's Power plan. I'm on Adventage Plan with 7G in the morning and 14G at 12AM which equates to 21GIG.

Omg this pisses me off!
I just upgraded my service with shaw and they get a new far better one
http://www.shaw.ca/en-ca/ProductsServices/Internet/
(the Nitro one)
OMg i want it soo bad but if the upgrade from normal highspeed to extreme costs me another 20$ a month.
i Wonder if i'd have to buy another new modem on top of that. I've done speed tests and im not actually getting my full 10mb dl or 1mb up(about half for each)Though its an older house but shaw did come in and rewire(for free, though they prob don't do free no more they said they were phasing that out when i schedualed)plus i live in practically the boonies.
with the 150 limit i prob wouldn't go over(or just barely not cuz they missed a few days for somereason) each month.
man i have to get a job, i guess I'll actually try after christmas, sign why can't they come to me? lol, yeah i no im lazy.

I use an Australian Internet provider called Optus.
I used to have Optus.. now am with Telstra... their "Next G" is so awsome!!
When you come close to the end of your bandwidth at the end of the month, your internet goes slower... but with Telstra Cable they allow you to use as much bandwidth as you want... that's with the Unlimited of course
Telstra covers more parts of Australia than Optus does, its EXCELLENT!

^^ How much is the unlimited bandwidth if your with Telstra? Or do you have to pay more when you reach the limit?

Sorry.. it took me ages to find out... we actually have unlimited for the first three months *cries*TT.TT... we have the 10G plan but we'll upgrade as soon as we think it's not enough.. coz the last time we had Optus on a 24G plan (I think) and that became slower by the end of the month due to finishing our bandwidth :D... not good really
But yeah, we'll see what happens after the nxt 2 mnths... & I'll let you know how we go :)
