They will end in February. We will also see previews on January 11.

Naruto Shippuuden official website has been updated today and "０７年早春！テレビアニメが新章突入!!" (on the top on the site) which means "Early spring 07 ! A new part of the TV anime starts!!" has been replaced by "０７年2月！テレビアニメが新章突入!! " which means "February 2007! A new part of the TV anime starts!!".

The time jump in the manga takes place at about ep 110 without fillers.

If you recently just started watching Naruto then you're in luck. Stop watching after ep 136 or 137 because that's when the fillers start. Anything after those eps are irrelevant and have nothing to do with the main storyline. Anywho.. really looking forward to this. There's alot to expect and I really hope they show Kakashi Gaiden, although I doubt it since there really has been no hint of it, which leads me to believe that it will be shown seperately :(
