Hello,
I am having trouble with my Internet explorer. It is doing some very odd things.Sometimes it will completely close the page i am visiting for no reason or it will be very slow loading pages and when i say slow i mean very very very slow for eg i tried to google something and after 10 minutes of the page trying to load i gave up.I thought that it was perhaps the topic i was searching so i tried putting in random things to see if that made any difference but it didn't.Another problem i had was when i was on a forum and clicked on a link and nothing happened i tried to open a new tab and that wouldn't work either and it would let me access any options that are in my tools menu.i had to restart my computer.Just to let you know i have high speed Internet connection. Thanks in advance to anyone that helps me with this problem.

Hallo, Welcome to CB!

Have fun and stay active. ^^

About your problem: Try to download Firefox and/or Opera. xD

Sounds like malware or a virus.
Go FF best damn browser.

Use spybot S&D then your virus protection program and scan, but as above I would recommend changing to Firefox.

This happens with me in IE sumtimes. It's usually a program or an Update. But like the other people say. Go FireFox. It's so much better.

Dammit. I got converted to Firefox... I use to hate it now i love it >_<

Changing browsers is only a preference issue, but if you have a virus or spyware changing browsers is avoiding the problem, not fixing it :P

What version of IE do you have? If it's version 7, that *could* be the issue. If its IE6, you could always try running the IE repair tool. Also, try running an malware removal program such as Adaware SE and remove any spyware you may have floating around your computer. If you need detailed instructions, pm me.

Most likely sounds like spyware to me, since your using Internet Explorer. Get an anti spyware cleaner and remove all spyware and malware traces. And use Firefox or Opera, I personally prefer Firefox as my main browser. Internet Explorer has way too many security vulnerabilities.
