Most Underated/Overated Manga Characters

[Aku-Itachi]

Here is a place where we will mention who we all think are the most underated and overated manga characters... I'll start
Underated- Mizuki from naruto the very first chapter and episode the one who tell him to steal the scroll, He looks kool acts kool, one of the only people I've seen with those huge shuriken as a primary weapon (sasuke's in the zabuza saga doesnt count:winking56 )
Overated- Rukia. Yes I will probably get stoned for saying this but she is always constantly being protected,saved,useless, and now they want to prove she can hold out on her own when she tells ichigo to not try and protect her all the time, untill I see her do that she is overated
P.S.- Hiko Seijūrō is one of the top 5 anime/manga characters ever and after Kenshin lost its popularity he saidly did too

Underrated - Kohta from My Balls, He's held out for two days now, so there's no reason he wouldn't hold it for the rest of the month, heheh....

For overrated...Hitsu-****ing-gaya. That stupid little imp has way too many fans. He is cool at first but he is just a piece of shit now. He does the same thing over and over. Bankai...its been done too many times and his character never develops. Instead of putting Hitsu in every fight, winning the same way and not developing his character why not use somebody we havent seen fight?

- Asuka from Evangelion. The fact that she has such an obnoxious personality hides her great achievements.

Overrated
- Naruto... he started off cool but the way he's winning lately is just too bs to me.
- Rukia for pretty much the same reasons that's already stated.

omg so true - his fights are sooo boring...because weve seen it all before. its just repetitive...he never learns anything new does he..he doesnt deserve to be a captain...

overated van from Gun x Sword he was such a good charecter i always like the lazy ones.
sasuke from naruto he's just annoying, i never understood why people liked him so much and it pissed me of that he got the babes and naruto didn't

Overrated would be: Naruto and Sasuke (both from Naruto). Sasuke just stands there and looks like he's doing something awesome, and Naruto is just whining all the time and somehow manages to survive.

Also overrated are Rukia and Hitsugaya from Bleach. Rukia just does nothing in the series, nothing, and everyone likes her. Hitsugaya, he's a weakling compared to his fellow captains, and for some reason everyone thinks he's so going to pwn.

Underrated... can't think of anyone now :P.

Overrated: Kagome from Inuyasha. I can never stand her, and she hardly helps the group. From Bleach (I know I'm gonna get flame), I'd say Zaraki. Don't get me wrong, Zaraki is crazily strong without shikai, but without shikai, his potentials are just too limited. And no, I don't hate him either.

Underrated: Uh... *thinks real hard* I guess Kikyou from Inuyasha, lol. So many people bash her for really weird reasons... who else? um... can't think of anyone else.

I would say most all of Inuyashas are overrated, and the series itself. I think that sesshomaru (sp?) is underrated, being he is one of the only decent characters in it.

I really havn't read much manga (only Bleach and Berserk) so other than that I would say from Bleach Toshiro is overrated and Ichimaru Gin is underrated :P.
