Yep. Although sometimes some lousy fansubbers for manga reverse the whole thing :/ Makes reading a hell lot harder.

I find that I often have problems reading non-Japanese comics, where I forget the conventional reading order (left-to-right). Sometimes it even makes sense both ways, so picking up on it takes a little longer.
Of course, it is significantly harder to accidentally read from back to front.
