Welcome students!!! Its time to embark on your (roughly) 2 week online adventure. Throughout the two weeks there will be contests and at the end of the period a written (or typed =p) exam type thing. Through these various obstacles you will gain points and be ranked.

So lets begin shall we? (rhetorical)

Contest 1:
Guess the anime screenshot

This is a very likely contest to get in the real gotei or at least something like it. Basically in this one you will be given five pictures to guess the anime. One point will be awarded for the correct anime and one point will be awarded for identifying character(s), places and objects. Heres where it differs from the gotei. You will be given clues about the screenshots to aid in guessing these things. A good test of (and I stress) basic research ability.

A reminder that all contests are compulsory to attempt. A non attempt without good reason may result in expulsion, death or becoming Ai's whore and/or manwhore

on a serious note, how does selection at the end of the training work?? do the gotei captains choose whoever was the best at the contests or the most active??

They might...we dont know what each individual captain's criteria will be.

However...if you dont pass the training then you wont graduate anyway ;p
