diff between arincuri? or w/e and vaizards?

whats the difference between the 2? im really interestedin the vaizards. where'd they come from? im updated to 258 and did i miss something?

in simple terms, arrancar are hollows that have gained shinigami powers, and vizard are shinigami that have gained hollow powers. arrancar are the "bad guys" in the latest arc.
