hmm...Dirge of Cerberus was highly disappointing. I felt like I was forced to play it just to know about Vincent. Though maybe the ending was better...the ending game play and all. I reckon with all the cut scenes out you have about 30 mins game play.

Anyone played TrueCrime Streets of LA? I borrowed it from my friend and I played it and after beating a couple of hours into the game, I felt it got so repetitive easily and the main character got increasingly annoying with the stuff he said while arresting and beating people up... The story and some of the characters [like Ancient Wu] were kinda crap too

Also the movement controls were hard to use [I was playing it on computer btw] and the weapons were so limited as u could only carry 2 handguns with u and had to discard the rest of the weapons like AK47 u picked up on various missions... The only thing I liked about TrueCrime Streets of LA was the hand to hand combat... The GTA games in my opinion are much better

The Sims, how perfectly and utterly boring that game can be. only thing to do is to build a big ass house and thats it. oh yeh, make all people go into the swimming pool, remove the ladder and watch them die. thats about as exciting as it gets. i hate this game.

I can't stand to play FF7 or XenoSaga II. FF7 I hate because the story is so boring. It doesn't really have any appeal what so ever. I wasn't fond of the characters in the game either.

When it comes to XenoSaga II, the slow loading battle system and the lack of item buying makes it a pain to do anything. Not to mention that some enemies can kill you with one hit reguardless of your level.

Gears is on its first game. Watch by the third game or so Gears will INDEED topple it. If people love a game so overrated on xbox live, then Gears a FAR better game will topple it. actually WOW isn't all bad, once u get to a higher level and make some friends its really fun, but so many people get addicted to it , which is kinda scary

The games I hate playing are quite in the few, but if I have to choose, it will have to be long-running, slow-paced RPGs that requires 50+ hours of gameplay, just because I love continuing the story of a game, and in games like any of the FFs and the Xenosaga series, they get me so hyped on the story, that I fail miserably since I sort of rush through, and the gameplay of those games just aren't amazing, honestly, just repetitious and annoying.

i'm seeing a lot of people say they hate sports games. to be fair, sports games can be fun, provided you play them on the Wii. at least on the Wii you have some level of interactivity given the control scheme. tiger woods PGA is pretty fun. madden 08 is okay although the controls are a bit difficult, but it's slightly more fun than pressing a few buttons here and there.

I usually dont buy a game unless I know I like it. I honestly can't remember a game I didn't enjoy playing (at least for a short period of time). As for sports games, I enjoy playing Madden, but no other real sports games ever catch my attention (golf, baseball, basketball etc etc). The only game I ever bought but didn't really enjoy for very long was Need for Speed:Carbon. It was ok for the first several days, then I just got bored with it and haven't played it since. I'm a big fan of fast paced games like GoW or Halo, even GRAW II. I just picked up Ace Combat 6 and going to be playing that when I feel like getting on my x-box, as I'm sure 16 players launching multiple rockets at each other will sure be fun. Oh yea, Armored Core 4. If you love mech animes/games, this is a fun one for the multiplayer only. The single player of it really sucks, but you have to do it to get all the upgrades/parts to really tweak your mech out. Spent quite a few hours fine tuning some of my mechs. But, Need for Speed is really the only one I stopped playing due to bordum of the game.

I hate playing games with lots of glitches. Sometimes when the glitch wont stop I have to turn off the system and restart. Star Wars Battlefront II is a good game but it has way to many glitches. Experienced glitches: sound went off, lightsaber didn't turn on, loading screen stuck, music keeps replaying for example ding ding ding ding ding( try to listen to that for 24 minutes it sucks), fall through a little crack and end in space, and some times the background turns foggy and to lots of colors.

well there is and always will be a huge difference between arcade based racing games and actual simulations. if you want right physics you go for simulations such as Forza 2 or similar games. arcade games are for fun only, easy to handle and a low learning curve. most people find it irritating to learn alot about one specific car, to be able to change every single detail, from tires, to gear, to engine - various adjustments and additions here and there and so on. most people want to add some cool looking vinyls to their car, add some nos and push up the horse power and hit the road.

i'm not a racing game fan either but there are some games out there that have nice physics for car and environment (such as air, rain, snow, ice, blah blah blah). however no one should take arcade based racers for real... hit the wall with 250? there won't be a select button to magically place you back on the track.

Well, I love the game to death, but when it comes to yelling at the screen, punching or kicking walls, or throwing the controller at the ground and turning the system off, I'll have to say Guilty Gear X2 and Guilty Gear Isuka. I was playing as Jam Kurodoberi once on arcade, I believe, and I could NOT beat Sol Badguy!!! It SUCKED.

Halo series. I just don't get why people defend it as a good game. I mean people who buy/play games should want a really good game not just defend whatever is out there as being the best. Halo is a mediocre shooter game, the story is bland if there even is one, the game play is nothing special, the characters are two dimensional, the weapons are lackluster, the graphics are sub par, the multiplayer is okay but it really has nothing NEW to offer. I never finished a Halo because it was so boring. I don't get why people keep defending it as a good game when all it really is, is just "all there is" on X360. Halo is the half ass'd flagship title for their brand and it really shows by how boring and uninspired it is.

You ever played Resident Evil 4 or the new Dead Space? Rocking 3rd person shooters. But I know what you mean though. When I was playing Bioshock the first person and what you saw in it was totally worth it. Did anyone else bluntly curse out the first time they saw the houdini splicers? One second ash... another second they're breathing right behind you. The effect you get of suspense and thrill when turning in fps against say that is priceless.
