Petition: Ichigo FC

I would like to petition the admin to allow another Ichigo FC to be made because the current one has 5 pages and the owner hasn't posted once except making the thread. Is it allowable???

just get a temp owner, that's what we did with the rukia fc.
which ended up making me the temp owener...
anyways! just vote on someone thats on all the time.

Temp?? The ichigo owner posted once. Hasn't updated the first page with new members, hasn't even provided a tag for the FC. It needs a plain-out new owner.
