hey what's up ^_^ I started d/ling the anime for kyo since I saw this thread~ as for now i don't know anything yet since i've only seen 2 eps but i plan to keep watching. I like the art, although the *kenyou* was a bit ick, but other than that, I think it's awesome. Kyo reminds me (kinda) of Kenshin.

anyways i do read the manga and i think it totally rawks!! the way the story is written, with all those mysteries unfolding and yet there are new mysteries coming up and all...it makes the story exciting!! wonder how it's gonna end..
not really a fan of kyo himself..but i'm a fan of 萤..dont know his name >.< the yellow-hair, small eyes, who uses the fire-sword thing?? yea.. his silly but cute ^^

hallo~ I was wondering if anyone could tell me where the SD kyo anime leaves off in the manga? I'm not done with the anime yet but it seems like the anime ended earlier, like every other series there is >.< if u could let me know that would be great, thx!

If I'm not mistaken Tokyopop has published volume 18.
So the fight with Hotaru, hmm let's say that it's episode 24.

But! The manga and anime has some (lots of) differences, so it would be wrong to make comparisson.

almost done watching all the anime episodes... I love the sword that Yukimura was able to wield.. it's awesome!

BUT i know u guys said that the manga is much much better... so eventually i will get to that ^_^ kyo love~~~

note: is it just me or does anyone else like the music for SD kyo anime? I think it's awesome... and the little excerpt that they have in between the commercials, it reminds me of the music from trigun~

And Yukimura does not wield a sword in the end. It's Shin no Muramasa but it's a staff which turns into an arrow.

anime- finally finished watching... the last episode was blah, too bad they didn't really show the fight between Kyo and Kyoshiro... >_< Can't wait to get my hands on the manga so i can read the *real* version and not the *original* version made to fit the manga episode constraints ^^.
