Hmmm. Well, being nice is overrated and frighteningly underrated too, so it's not a factor I'm dying for in a lover, but it certainly would be a nice quality to have. I have no qualms, I suppose - I'm not too picky. But if I had to choose... I like the listener types, who are also unafraid to voice their opinions, being sarcastic is not a problem (it means that we'll get along just fine), the type who know what they want and have the guts to say it, and are cool in their own way.

Looks aren't much of a factor. Heck, this gives me memories of my "Online Relationships: Are They Real?" debate. To me, if I love someone, yay. If they end up female after pretending to be male... like it matters, they're still awesome. I don't demand much - all I know is that if I love talking to someone, that's a good enough reason to love them. That connection is all that matters, really.

Yeah, yeah. I've heard the "looks matter no matter what you say" debate many times before. I believe that too - after all, look around you. How many times have you seen person rejected for not being attractive or ideal enough? Pffft. Plenty of times. It's undeniable, you could say, but for me - I'm not shallow enough to dump someone I like/love simply because of how they look. I don't think I could dumb myself down enough for that.

Bah, take it this way. When you fall in love, you fall in love, and stupid things that usually matter don't really seem to exist anymore.
