Hey. I own an iRiver H10 MP3. I've been creating playlists for my iRiver so that i can organise my music very well and using the iRiver program to organise the musics.

A few months ago, i formatted my computer due to a virus threat and how my comp being so slo. After that, i have to reorganise all my music again which i hate. I would want to copy all my music in my iRiver to the computer but all my music are scattered into different folders where each folder consist of different music artist.

Is there a program where i can transfer and organise my music very well? And how do you have your music so easily grouped and all? like having a bleach music folder.

I use itunes to organize my music.
i let it scan my pc for songs.
then let it copy & organize the songs in it's itunes folder by consolidating my library.

to easily group/organize my playlist:
i would create a "smart playlist" so it easily detects any songs that have bleach in the title, artist, genre or comment's area in the id3 tag and automatically add it.

well, thats how i do it... -.-

I don't use any specific program to organize my music . . .

I use folders and sub-folders in My Computer to organize and then just drag and drop the songs I want to a Winamp playlist . . .

It works for me b/c I know exactly where pretty much every song on my HD is and I can get to it rather quickly to create playlists on the fly.

But everyone is different do you can use any one of the dozen or so programs out there . . . experiment with them and when you find one that works for you stick to it.

I'd probably say foobar2000. It has moving, copying and renaming capabilities that can be changed to your liking. This is, of course, provided that the H10 only needs to drag and drop files into the harddrive through Explorer (Windows).

Give it a try. =D

Edit: Forgot to add the link to foobar =\ Here's the link. http://foobar2000.org/
