You know there is at least one game out there that you cannot stand, yet everyone else seems to go crazy over it. For me, it would have to be Final Fantasy Tactics. Yes, its a great game for what it is, but I just dont see why everyone goes crazy over it all the time. Id much rather have a regular final fantasy adventure.

I kinda like Final Fantasy Tactics, but it's frustrating enough for me to hate it, I'm probably on my 8th unfinished play because I can't get to the end (Problem: My main character is beyond the levels of new recruits.)

i also hate world of warcraft and all of the MMORPGs ... i mean they really have an ending.. all you do is little quests and level up.... i have played WOW and hated it with a burning passion liek no other....

Oh snap, I completely forgot KOTOR. I dont see the appeal of the game, its run around, talk for hours, click a button, watch combat, then repeat. At least in a regular RPG theirs more than one charachter to control and some strategy involved.

People don't play Starcraft too often anymore, but I remember playing the game for hours on end. I would stay up into the wee hours of the morning playing the game, and hanging out with other players in my clan channel. That was several years back though, haven't had that good of a time with a RTS game in awhile.

I remember when Warcraft III came out, and when The Frozen Throne was released. Both were great games, and a huge change from the repetitive nature of Starcraft.

Some other games that people might hate, but I love would be the KOTOR series.

Gears of war, i don't necessarly hate it, i mean i think its a pro game, but it is definently overrated if you ask me :/

I liked ff tactics, it annoyed me sometimes though with the battle system the storyline was good though, much better than the ff1 and 2 etc since it got into it straight away. And also KOTOR is a great game, not that i really got into it though... :/

Oh yeah and another overrated game is Halo 2, the mp is good but the single player is pretty poor tbh.... :|

I havent read one good thing about Red Steel, which is why I still havent rented it. I cant wait for the first good FPS on the Wii, the one that gets everything right. Gonna be SO good

Sorry, but I'm one of those lovers of FFT, so much so...its my favorite Final Fantasy. I have just had a lot of fun memories fooling around with the classes, naming my friends as people and adding them to my party, etc. It was a great game.

But to get to the topic....

World of Warcraft- It's not that big deal of a MMO. I don't see what the addiction is with it. I played it for awhile and I got bored rather quickly.

^WoW is just a big level up fest. No amazing story, no gripping charachters, just constant leveling, whether its alone or with some friends. I dont see the draw of that; if i wanted to level id go play FF12.

A year ago when i first started playing wow it was a really good game but it loses its touch after a while, constant killing quests etc... having said that ive played much worse mmorpgs, wow is a game you either like or hate, its not over-rated its just theres quite alot of people who like it.

I love how many people are saying WoW, its fantastic. I despise that game so much XD Another game I hate, but everyone seems to love, is Kirby Canvas Curse. It got great reviews, and a lot of my friends find it fun, but I just dont see it. It annoys the hell out of me.

Yeah it's a fun game to play, but how can someone play it over and over? I would rather play a more mature fighting game(Virtua Fighter, DOA4, even Soul Caliber) than Smash Bros.

Nearly everything is copy paste from other mmos (well I guess most is anyway, but...), I have seen most of it in Mmo's that is a lot older... >_>

And it is not even fun. xD (at least I think it is boring ^^)

Of course the warcraft world/lore is not a copy of other mmo's.

But I think it is inspired by Games Workshops "warhammer" just like the starcraft universe has lots of stuff from the "warhammer 40k". But I guess that is kind of good too, as Games workshops fantasy worlds got lots of great storys and races. xD

Eh, I just think it is. For one, they overpowered there characters. What, were they trying to f over all FFs of the past/future when they made those. I'm tired of people saying that the FFVII are so much superior to the others, and I'm tired of them...in general.

I haven't played FFVII at all, and yet I know everything about it inside and out. How is that possible, you ask? That leads to another reason why I dislike it. The over rated part. People talk about it far too much. From what I've seen/heard, it isn't that great. -_-

Hmm...in all honesty, you should play the game. It is an amazing experience. I must agree that its talked about a bit too much, but that doesnt take away from how good the game actually is. Just try it, you might like it ;)

I usually go on a month of WoW frenzy once a couple of months then I stop. I love and hate WoW at the same time.

A game I hate to play is solitaire. You just put the deck in order. I see people play that all the time on their computer or phone when they're bored. I would resort to listening to music, but that's just me.
