you can't get vB for free. at least not legally.

not following, you mean a domain?
if so then I don't think so (not sure though), since domain names have to be registered and stuff, and most free webhosts don't allow mysql and all that shit you need for a forum.

and out of curiosity, what exactly is your "solution"?

no.. I know that you have to pay for Domains
But you have to upload the files to a server where I could host the forums
