Divisional member swap.

Here is what I propose:

A division selects one member, it can be anyone, even captains, to be randomly swapped to another division for around 5 days. What I want the swapped member to do is observe what this division is currently doing, IE Are they participating in the current contests, are they getting along with each other, activeness, any special activities, etc. He/She of course can participate. At the end, I want this person to write a mini report of what he/she liked about the division, hate, what they can improve upon, and see if they have anything that they can influence from their original division.

I think that a page (word 12 Arial) will be enough. Just a short introduction about the division. Then you write a bit about your experiences there, also about the members and how active they are. Finally, just write a conclusion and write what you've felt posting with them.

Okay, here is the so-called report. I haven't had much time to do this, due to being raped by r/l reports...and state tests. And I haven't really had the chance to get to know most of you better. Anyway.

What did you like most of this division?
They seem like a lively bunch. They're also nice, although they have an odd..."fascination" with erm...ape-ray?

Anyway, they seem very organized and whatnot. When a new contest emerges, their members are there to tackle it immediantly. A few other divs can learn from them. *coughs*


What is their best aspect/system?
The members giving their division points to their captain, who then distrubutes them evenly to the members. This way, not only do the members all receive a hefty amount of points, but it also shows that the members are treated equally.


What did you not like?
I don't like Z-man, a member of their division. lmao. Kidding. Nothing to hate about them really.. They're all nice and well organized. Both of which are good things.


How was the mood/environment of the division?
They're very chill. None of them are stuck up or too tense.. *coughs* The Captain & VC are cool too. They don't look down on their subordinates, and are quite capable leaders.


Who was the best member in that division?
Obviously me. Although I've only been in that division for a week...and it was only for this report, I was obviously the 5th's MVP while I was there.

Seriously though? Um. I won't answer this one...I'd be pwned if I did. They're all cool.. I'll just leave it at that. :whatevah:


Would you do this again?
Eh. Perhaps. If they got rid of Z-man first...maybe.

Kidding. Yeah, I'd do it again. Why not? I could use the time there to get to know them better(except for Z), and possibly lure Miyunami to the dark side. Muahahahah!
