Ok, since tofu can't be a captain and maxi is too inactive...
It's very hard to pick the right person :x.

I wonder who's going to be the next Division Captain and Vice Captain. The twelfth division has been switching DCs and VCs, that i missed 'em all. First batch was Maxi and Sacred, then Sacred and Ruk, followed by Seto and Summer_Faerie. It's so sad to see all of them leave. I miss all the old members who left, but the twelfth division always seems to be the best. With or without the old members, cause you guys are in it. ^^

We ARE the remains of the original twelfth division. We're like seniors! =D It sounds so cool. x) Anyways, go ahead and apply my friend. I'm sure Seto will pick one who is capable of doing the job well. I believe everyone has a chance to be either a DC or VC, it's just how you are in the division.

Now, now, surely there's a reason for DB's action. Maybe he didn't want someone who was from a different division to be our captain? Maybe he wanted the remaining members to be the new captain?

^ The VC has the same duties as the captain does, just not as much pressure, but you have less powers with the div. Still, its practically the same job. You read over requests, you make suggestions, talk over decisions with your captain, etc., but you dont do all the annoying things the captain needs to do. :p Just provide for the div you would any member does, but then you can take action and do things you normally cant do. ^^ And trust me, the ideas you get to help your div pop out spontaniously. xD Just random thoughts pop into your head once you notice that the choice to do things is yours.

So being DC/VC is rewarding in their own way, and its a fun thing to be, but guys, telling you straight up, being either takes responsibility and commitment. Dont stay behind or e-stress will catch `cha. :p

By the "original" 12th Div, we meant from the time when Maxi was Taichou and Sacred was VC, in other words the first lot of people that 12th Division ever conisisted of. me and Monkey and Maxi have been here nearly since 12th Division has existed~ Monkey and Maxi longer than me though~ ^ ^

but that doesnt make us any more superior to anyone else here.

If we can vote for people, probably the best area would be here. Having said that, from what I've seen I'd like to nominate IrritatingMonkey for captain, and if not than at least Vice.

She seems like a good candidate as she follows order and shows enthusiasm. Plus I'm sure if she got the position she'd check a bit more often ;)
