What espisode of bleach is this from?

Okay Kaien's wif, yeah, yeah, but what episode was this in, cause I don't recall seing it in any episode I have (almost all of them, I actually don't know which ones aren't there)
I seen another picture where Kaien's hand is on Rukia's head & he seem to be yelling at her.
It had the same font/ext subz as the first ones, so that' like all b4 47 right?
