Every Div is supposed to pick one of their members, that member will be put into another div for a short time and will be able to see how that div works then can come back and tell us what we should improve on.

If no one else wants to do it, I'll go... although I know you'd all miss me so much you'd be too busy crying to show the swap a good time :p BTW, this is a good opportunity to steal some quality people for the 13th, so everyone make the transfer feel as welcome as possible and be active. Otherwise, Tenki will have to come back and kick some ass. Btw, whoever goes can still be active in the 13th div IRC channel right? Of course. Cause Tenki says so. XD

hmm...looks like Tenki will do it, unless someone else wants to do it. If you want to do it please say so. Just like moat said, don't be afraid.

Yeah that's totally true... if there is anyone else that is interested in seeing how another division works, I'll certainly let you take the spot. I was just thinking about going around to subvert, scout, and tempt more quality people to join the 13th of course ;)

If someone else wants this please say it before monday ends, I'll be putting down tenki as the person we swap if no one else comes for it before tuesday.
