Okay, we've been having a lot of spambots showing up in the introductions section recently. Spambots are generally either programs written to register on forums and advertise, or people with no lives who are paid to register on forums and advertise.

A spambot thread will generally take the form of a bunch of links to sites, or a message such as "Visit this wonderful website to buy high quality products etc etc.", "Hello I am lonely Russian girl, please visit my favourite website" or something similar.

If you see a spambot thread, please report it as soon as you can to Shin, BeeCrest, Nicole or any smod/admin who will deal with it as quickly as possible. Please don't post in it - there's really no point, since your post will just get deleted anyway along with the rest of the thread, and don't click on any of the stupid links they're advertising ^^.

(This is important because if you click on the links you are only encouraging them to keep making more spambots)

Thanks :),

Neve.

Vampy: And if you happen to know any of those lowlife felons who program these infernal automated spammers, inform me of their whereabouts so I can have them liquidated by my secret police.

DragonBlade: You can PM me also :)

Shin: DON'T click suspicious links ><
(unless you like putting your PC at risk)
