Background music after Bounto arc

I really think they gotta find some new background music for Bleach.. heck, even the music from before the SS arc is better than the music from the bounto arc.
Every time something cool is about to happen (like a fight), you expect some cool music to back it up.. BUT then the horrible music from the bounto arc kicks in, and prevents you from enjoying whatever is about to happen! Thats my opinion on that :sad

I think there's too little variety of music in Bleach. Like a few pieces all the time.

Have you listened to the new music they were playing towards the end of the arrnacar fight (ep 114)? I accually liked that, I dont think they are going to keep using the bounto music; they've been hgeting away from it recently.

I don't see the point of getting upset over the music. I personally just sit there and watch the anime. But I like most music in anime anyway.

Personally, although the bounto arc overall sucked, IMO, I did enjoy the music, and the music before the arc and after it. *shrugs* Just my opinion.

yes I agree with u.
background music means a lot to me..
it helps the anime alot and add to the excitement of the ep.
the bountos bgm is dull and boring!!

There are two new themes starting which I hope will get rid of the cheesy Bounto music... The new Quincy song that played when Ryuuken was first revealed, and the Spanish guitar song when Grand Fisher went to his true form.

That's some good music right there, I hope they play more of it.

I liked the spanish guitar theme when Ulquiorra tore a hole in space-time and went back to report to Aizen. Also heard a few other new ones in episode 114, like when Rukia appeared.

So obivously, they have some new music :D.

Yeah the music for when Rukia appeared was the same as for Ryuuken. I also noticed there was new suspenseful music when Ogichi tried to take over Ichigo again, it was kind of cool. :3

There are some cool music. Like the one when Isshin fought Grand fisher. "Diego Tango" I believe it's called. It was pretty good.

If you don't understand the importance of background music, then you haven't seen the butchering 4Kids gave Sonic X (japanese anime about Sonic the Hedgehog).

That anime had bad dubbing, but even so it was the complete change in music that ruined the dub.

For those of you that have watched the Bleach dub, you are lucky, because it is not uncommon for the original background music to be stripped and for the subbing team to do a half arsed job at making their own BG music.

DBZ dub is one of the very few anime's where I prefered the new music to the original japanese, aswell as the voices (not your typical same sounding dubbed voices).

Regarding Bleach, I don't like the bounto music but it seems we are being given a bunch of new tunes that are of much higher quality. There are at least 3 new ones (Ishida's entrance and Rukia's entrance, Grand Fisher's transformation and there was a new tune in the most recent episode).

There have also been much more instances of the old background music from before the bounto arc.

All in all the BGM appears to be on the mend, if not at the same quality as before the filler.

Ep 114 I noticed had some really, really good tunes in the back. Some new music for sure which wasn't in the SS arc or the horrible bounto arc...

I think the new Spanish theme music is quite pleasant. And considering the Arrancar arc consists of all of these Spanish terms it's only fitting that they use Spanish backround music. Hueco Mundo, Espada, Menos, Arrancar, etc etc...XD

There was also new music when urahara blocked yami's cero and when ichigo went bankai. I definitely agree with James, music can make or break an anime. I tried watching DBZ subs once, but the music was so awful that I almost fell out of my chair laughing, it completely ruined the scenes it was set to. So far the music in bleach has been great, even the bount arc music had its moments (especially the bount theme final mix that played when kariya was about to unleash the joukaishou).

That said, I feel like the spooky organ-y bount arc music and these new latin-flavored pieces have a style too distinguishable from the rest of the soundtrack to be reused outside of their arc, they'll always make you think of the characters/scenes they were originally composed for.

Ya know, i was just watching some old episodes, and what everyone has been calling "ryuuken's theme" was actually used before, in episode 51 about halfway through when soi fong is talking to omaeda.

I like that spanish musoic! It reminds me of thge old country! (Not that im from Spain, but everyone always says that! I want to as well!) Anyway, the music with Rukias entrance was real dramatic!

Some of the background music during the bount arc wasn't too bad, I really liked the crazed Bach organ music that played during one of the cave sequences...

They do have that new background song for the arrancar, the one that sounds spanish.

I am one of the few people that actually like the Bounto music. I hate the arc, but the music was euphonious. However, I wouldn't mind some new music, but the spanish music is nice.
