I mean like, Zangetsu has a city, where he stands like, on the side of a building.... So what about others?

Or any weird fantasy's about it?:P
Stuff like Zabimaru in a huge jungle....
Or Matsumoto's captain in a really cold place he can't even acces...XD

I think it's called a vulture.

Byakuya- a valley filled with cherry-blossom trees. The avatar would be a...crane, somehow that seems appropriate.
Mayuri- let's not go there. Seriously.
Kenpachi- a wide-open, desolate space such as a canyon does seem like it would be his. I think Ken-chan's avatar would be a crazy coyote-man.
Cap. Comm. Yamamoto- Ryujinjakka's realm would resemble Hell, all fire and brimstone, with the avatar being some kind of devil.

Haha nice thread. Here is what I think about the captain level character's inner world:

Shunsui :: A huge playboy mansion with fountains, huge beds and lots and lots of hot chikas ! There is a large fountain at the center of the mansion with a tree at the center covered in pink flowers. The surface of the water is laden with white and red lotus plants. His zampaktu is an absolutely gorgeous nymph lying seductively under that tree.

Ukitake :: A serene and studious place like a huge library in an old but beautiful castle on an island. There is an old but very wise looking person reading from a large book in candle light towards one end of that room. Thats his zampaktu.

Zaraki :: A barren canyon with a fast river flowing through it. Lots of rocks everywhere and only a few trees. His zampaktu will look like a shadow and zaraki will only be able to see him through the corner of his eyes, and everytime as soon as he turns to look at him, the shadow will be gone.

Unohana :: A floating cloud-city in the middle of a huge ocean with dolphins swimming and jumping everywhere. The water around the city is pearly green and crystal blue. Her zampaktu will look like a great blue whale which can fly out of the ocean to talk to her.

Mayuri :: A creepy swamp half covered in mist. Lots of dead and decaying trees lying about and there is a green coat over the water which seems to be alive. His zampaktu will be the huge caterpiller thing sitting in the middle of a huge swamp and surrounded by a greenish mist.

Sui-fong :: The inside of a huge bee hive with a black-purplish colour. Her zampaku will be the huge queen bee sitting on her throne in the center.

Hitsugaya :: A hollow basin on the top of an enormous snow covered mountain. The snow glittering with white-bluish colour and lots of rocks and big boulders about. Its perpetually snowing there and his zampaktu will be the huge ice dragon perched on the top of a spherical ice boulder.

Bayakuya :: A forest in full bloom with lots and lots of cherry blossom trees everywhere. The sky is clear blue with a tinge of pink and the whole ground is covered with lush green grass. Some colourful birds flying and sitting on the trees. There is a small clearing in the middle in the center of which there is this gigantic cherry blossom tree which seems to go all the way to the heavens. It has a wise guardian like face on the trunk and this tree will be his zampaku.

Tousen :: A serene open grassland on a hillside. There is a distinct sound of flowing water and birds chirping coming from somewhere close but you can't see them. His zampaku will be a deep voice with no physical form.

Yamamoto :: The surface of the sun with red hot magma and searing hot gases flowing everywhere. When he walks, his footprints leave a white mark on the surface. His zampaktu will be the sun itself.

Komamura :: A snow covered forest fiilled with coniferous trees. A big cave under a mountain. His zampaktu is a big silver Mountain Wolf standing tall outside that cave.

Ichimaru :: Dusty network of roads in a rural area. A few leafless trees waving in the wind. There is a white tree right on the intersection of roads totally covered with silver leaves. There is a man standing under that tree who looks exactly like Ichimaru, but has large silver colored tentacles instead of hands. Thats his zampaktu.

Aizen :: A city made of glass. There is a plaza in the center of the city where a woman stands surrounded by a ring of spherical diamonds circling her in the air. She is absolutely beautiful. She is pure white from head to toe and has silver hairs, but her eyes are deep blue and she never blinks. Thats his zampaktu.

Urahaha :: Its a place between earth and heaven. There is no land beneath the feet nor a blue sky above. Everywhere around him is the fathomless space with faint lights from distant stars. There are unimaginably huge clouds of gases illumited by strange lights everywhere. There is a ruby red mass of light and gas in the center which seems to be pulsating with life. Thats his zampaktu.

Yoruchi :: Its a place completely immersed in a fluid which seems like a mixture of a totally transparent liquid and white light. When you move you hand acoss, you can see white lightening starting from the tip of your hand and going to as far as you can see. You can see the eyes and the smiling mouth of a large cheshire cat like creature which hovers in the air. He sometimes revels his full cat-like form but usually only appears as a pair of eyes and a teasing and taunting smile. Thats her zampaktu.

Hehe well I was reminded of the tentacles from the scene where Rukia is being escorted for her execution and Ichimaru comes and taunts her. She is shown to feel as if there were those snake like tentacles roaming over her body. Maybe a silver fox would have done but Ichimaru seems kinda creepy (in a good way though!) so I thought his zampaku should be creepy as well lol.

Unohana has that flying fish like zampaktu so I thought of the blue whale first. Moreover, she seems so calm and gentle but with lots of power just beneath the surface, just like a deep ocean (:

Yeah. Ichimaru isn't that creepy, he is creepy cause he is sly. (: Anyway, I never really liked snakes in the first place. I always find snakes ugly, but Ichimaru ain't ugly. (: Foxs are charming, just like Ichimaru.

I think Aizen's would be pretty much pitch black except for one area that contains a huge mirror and the only light source is coming from there. As he looks in it, he sees a distorted fully clothed in black version of himself. Thats his zanpakuto

I think Byakuya's would be close to the same.... instead it would be night time with a bright full moon in the sky (since he likes to walk at night) and there would Sakura trees on both sides of him and be hind one row there would be a river. Sakura petals line the ground . By a tall Sakura tree, stands a tall man of nobility.. ( i heard somewhere that Senbozukura is part of Byakuya's noble heritage ) but that man is his Zanpakuto

Somehow I think it would be some kind of 'perfect form' Like, it doesn't have anything, jusT the form of a human... Lol, kinda weird huh:P So no face, no male/femamle thing, but she must have hair, otherwise it'd be ugly...
It'd be in a.... well.... ah! A place of Ice! an endless landscape of ice!
